Description
Claims (18)
- 内燃機関の出力軸(2)に固着される弾み車(1)であって、スターターを用いて前記内燃機関を始動するためのリングギヤ(4)を有している形式のものにおいて、前記リングギヤ(4)は、軸方向で前記内燃機関のケーシング(6,206)と前記弾み車(1)との間に支承されていて、前記スターターから前記リングギヤ(4)を介して前記出力軸(2)に伝達されるトルクの方向に対応して、前記出力軸(2)に駆動連結されるようになっており、前記リングギヤ(4)は、前記内燃機関のケーシング(206)の全周に分配して該ケーシングに設けられた少なくとも3つの成形部(239)に回転可能に受容されていることを特徴とする、リングギヤを備える弾み車。
- 前記リングギヤ(4)は、前記ケーシング(6,206)に回転可能に支承されている請求項1に記載の弾み車。
- 前記リングギヤ(4)は、前記出力軸(2)に回転可能に支承されている請求項1に記載の弾み車。
- 前記リングギヤ(4)は、前記弾み車(1)を介して前記出力軸(2)に連結されるようになっている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記スターターの歯列は、前記リングギヤ(4)と永続的にかみ合っている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記内燃機関のアイドリング回転数まで、トルクは前記スターターから前記出力軸(2)に伝達され、かつ前記内燃機関の回転数が前記アイドリング回転数を超えた後に、前記リングギヤ(4)は前記出力軸(2)から連結解除されるようになっている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記リングギヤ(4)は、フリーホイール(11)によって前記出力軸(2)から連結解除されるようになっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記フリーホイール(11)は、前記リングギヤ(4)と、該リングギヤ(4)の支承部との間に配置されている請求項7に記載の弾み車。
- 前記フリーホイール(11)は、半径方向で前記リングギヤ(4)と、該フリーホイール(11)を前記弾み車(1)へ取り付ける手段との間に配置されている請求項7又は8に記載の弾み車。
- 前記リングギヤ(4)はディスク部分(8,108,208)によって支持されており、該ディスク部分は、支承装置を介して前記ケーシング(6,206)に支持されていて、かつ前記リングギヤ(4)の受容のための軸方向の付加部(9,131)の半径方向内側で、フリーホイールの一部分を形成している請求項2から9のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記軸方向の付加部(9)の内周面(17)は、スプラグ式フリーホイール(14)のスプラグ(15)のための接触面を成している請求項10に記載の弾み車。
- 前記スプラグ(15)は、エネルギー蓄積器(20)の作用に抗して半径方向へ限定的に回動可能に、かつ全周にわたって分配して、前記出力軸(2)と結合された支持体部分(16)に配置されている請求項11に記載の弾み車。
- 前記スプラグ(15)は、前記エネルギー蓄積器(20)によって前記内周面(17)に向けて締め付けられていて、かつ遠心おもり(22)を有しており、該遠心おもりは、前記弾み車(1)の回転数に対応して、前記スプラグ(15)の回動に基づき該スプラグを前記内周面(17)から離すようになっている請求項12に記載の弾み車。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積器(20)は、前記スプラグ(15)を受容する構成部分によって形成されている請求項12又は13に記載の弾み車。
- 前記スプラグ(15)はプラスチックから成っている請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記フリーホイール(11)は、巻きばね式フリーホイール(114)として形成されている請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の弾み車。
- 前記ディスク部分(108)は、前記巻きばね式フリーホイール(114)の巻きばね(133)を半径方向内側から受容するための軸方向の接触面(131)を有している請求項16に記載の弾み車。
- 前記巻きばね式フリーホイール(114)の巻きばね(133)のための半径方向外側の接触面は、前記出力軸(2)と結合された支持体部分(116)によって形成されている請求項16又は17に記載の弾み車。
