Description
20%の残留湿分を有する木質系バイオマスを使用し、その際、前記バイオマスは乾燥状態で2.7%の灰分を有する。量はほぼ573kg/hであり、これは点火熱出力2254MWに相当する。バイオマスは熱分解において95%が変換され、即ち、使用される材料の5%(含水量含まず)が生成ガスに移行するため、灰分54%を有するフライコークスが生じ、その際、残留する可燃性材料は92%が炭素からなる。水素46.5%及び熱量11.7MJ/Nm3を有する生成ガス870Nm3hが生じ、その際、水素濃度及び熱量はそれぞれ乾燥した生成ガスに関するものであり、前記ガスはその他に30体積%の水蒸気を含有する。従って、87.6%の冷ガス効率が得られる。この場合、熱放射による損失は50KWであり、かつ、220℃で放出される生成ガスにおける熱の残留損失は129KWであると考えられる。この中には、粗製生成ガス中に含まれる水蒸気分の凝縮熱110KWが含まれる。
Claims (14)
- 有機物質又は物質混合物の形の出発材料から、高い熱量を有する水素に富む生成ガスを製造するための方法であって、出発材料を、熱分解帯域(2)において、熱分解により、固体の炭素含有残滓と、揮発性相としての熱分解ガスとに分解し、熱分解ガスを反応物としての水蒸気と混合し、かつ反応帯域(3)において、高い熱量を有する生成ガスが生じるように後加熱し、その際、熱分解及び後加熱に必要な熱の少なくとも大部分が、熱分解の固体の炭素含有残滓の燃焼からのものであり、かつ、前記熱を、伝熱媒体として作用する、循環しているばら材によって装置に供給し、前記ばら材を、加熱帯域(13)において、炭素含有残滓の燃焼からの加熱ガスを用いて加熱し、引き続き、反応帯域(3)において、熱分解ガスと水蒸気とからなる混合物と接触させ、引き続き、その知覚可能な熱の少なくとも一部を熱分解帯域(2)に導入し、引き続きばら材搬送装置(6)を用いて伝熱媒体循環の初めに返送する方法において、伝熱媒体循環において、加熱帯域(13)の前に予備加熱帯域(4)が設けられており、前記予備加熱帯域(4)において、ばら材を反応帯域(3)から生じる高温の生成ガスを用いて予備加熱し、かつその際に前記熱の大部分を取り入れ、かつ、熱分解工程(2)における伝熱媒体循環から出発材料への熱伝達を、間接的に、かつばら材との直接接触なしに行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 出発材料の熱分解を500℃〜700℃の温度範囲内で行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 出発材料の熱分解を550℃〜650℃の温度範囲内で行う、請求項2記載の方法。
- 熱分解ガスと水蒸気とからなる混合物を、反応帯域(3)中で、750℃〜1000℃に加熱する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱分解ガスと水蒸気とからなる混合物を、反応帯域(3)中で、900℃〜1000℃に加熱する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 反応帯域(3)の反応を触媒の存在下に行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 反応を促進する触媒を、循環している伝熱媒体に添加し、前記伝熱媒体と共に循環させる、請求項6記載の方法。
- 循環している伝熱媒体が、不燃性物質、例えば砂、砂利、破砕片、アルミノシリケート、コランダム、硬砂岩、珪岩又はコーディエライトからなる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 循環している伝熱媒体が、セラミック成形体からなる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ばら材搬送装置(6)の範囲までの伝熱媒体循環中の伝熱媒体の輸送を、重力のみにより行う、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱分解帯域(2)における伝熱媒体から出発材料への間接的な熱伝達を、中間のガス状加熱媒体(17)を介して行い、前記加熱媒体(17)は、伝熱媒体循環の冷却帯域(19)において加熱され、かつ引き続き、取り入れられた熱の一部を熱分解帯域(2)中で熱分解装置の加熱ジャケット介して熱分解すべき出発材料に放出し、その際、伝熱媒体循環をばら材搬送装置(6)への進入前に冷却帯域(19)中で強力に冷却する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 伝熱媒体循環の冷却帯域(119)及び熱分解装置(102)の加熱ジャケット(102a)が、ケーシング中で一つの装置にまとめられている、請求項11記載の方法。
- 熱分解帯域(2)の後方の中間のガス状加熱媒体(18)中に残存する残留熱を、プロセスのために必要な水蒸気の発生に用いる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 加熱帯域(13)を去る煙道ガス(12)を、熱分解の固体の炭素含有残滓を燃焼させるための燃焼空気(16)の予備加熱に使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
