Claims (20)
- 硬質材料をコーティングした物体の表面の少なくとも1つの領域を、パルス幅がナノ秒、ピコ秒、又はフェムト秒の範囲のレーザーによって構造化する方法であって、パルス幅がナノ秒の範囲の第1のレーザーによって第1の構造を生成し、その上に、パルス幅がピコ秒又はフェムト秒の範囲の第2のレーザーによって第2のリップル状の構造を重畳することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記第1の構造が、マスク投影技術により生成され、前記第2の構造が集束技術により生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質材料コーティングが、ta−C、炭化タングステン(WC)、炭化ホウ素、(B4C)、炭化シリコン(SiC)、又は同様の硬質材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ta−C硬質材料層とその下層にある材料との間に、厚さが約50〜300nmの炭化タングステン層が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第1及び/又は第2の構造の各々が、複数のマイクロ構造を重畳することによって生成され、前記重畳構造の各々が前記重畳構造に対して角度(α)をなし、又は異なる配位を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のレーザーによって前記第1の構造を生成するために、光学系の均一スポット(HS)内のマスクが、次に結像光学系の前の絞りが使用され、前記第2の構造を生成するために、前記フェムト秒レーザーと関連する光学系との間の偏光装置が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのマスクと1つの絞りとが交換装置内に配置されることによって、選択された任意のマスク及び選択された任意の絞りを相互に独立して、前記第1のレーザーのビーム経路内に配置可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記交換装置内の前記マスク及び絞りがそれ自体の周囲を回転可能であると共に、直線変位又は回転変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記マスク及び絞りが、それぞれのマガジン内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記構造を前記加工物の表面に生成している間に、これらの構造が回折装置によって測定され、該測定値がビーム強度及び/又は前記結像及び集束光学系を調整するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、ナノ秒範囲にある第1のレーザー(1)と、ピコ秒又はフェムト秒範囲にある第2のレーザー(15)とを備え、前記装置が先ず、構造化されるオブジェクト(10)の表面を前記第1のレーザービーム(2)の前記結像光学系(8)の結像面に配置し、次に前記第2のレーザービーム(2F)の前記集束光学系(8F)の集束面に配置することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記第1のレーザー(1)が、波長が248nmのKrFエキシマレーザー、又は波長が193nmのArFエキシマレーザー、又は波長が157nmの蛍光レーザー、又は波長が308nmのXeClエキシマレーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記リップル構造を生成するための前記第2のレーザーが、中心波長が775nmのフェムト秒レーザー(15)、又は波長が1064nm、又は周波数増倍波長が532nmのNd:YAG型のピコ秒レーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のレーザー(1)とその結像光学系(8)との間に少なくとも一組のマスクと絞りの組合せ(18,6)が配置され、交換装置(28、53、54)内に幾つかのマスクと絞りの組合せが配置され、前記交換装置が、マスクの1つ(18)及び絞りの1つ(6)の両方を相互に独立して前記第1のレーザー(1)の前記ビーム経路(29)内に配置するように構成され、前記マスク(18,18A〜18E)と絞り(6,6A〜6E)が直線変位又は回転変位可能であり、及びそれ自体を中心にホルダ(31A〜31E;34A〜34E)内で回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記交換装置(54)内の前記マスク(18)と絞り(6)が各々取付具(55,56)内に配置され、該取付具がそれぞれのマガジン内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記エキシマレーザー及び前記フェムト秒レーザーによって生成される前記構造によって反射され、回折される照射(14,14F)を測定する少なくとも1つのCCDアレイ(80,80F)を有する回折装置(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 包装フォイルに認証機能及び/又は光回折効果領域をエンボス加工するための領域をエンボスローラに構造化するための、請求項11に記載の装置。
- コーティングされた又はコーティングされていない時計の部品、コイン、又は宝飾品に認証機能及び/又は光回折効果の標識を生成するための領域を構造化するための、請求項11に記載の装置。
- マスク投影技術によるエキシマレーザーによって生成される少なくとも第1の構造と、集束技術によるフェムト秒レーザー又はピコ秒レーザーによって生成される前記第1の構造に重畳した少なくとも第2の構造とから構成される光回折効果領域及び/又は認証機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置によって製造される包装フォイル。
- 認証機能及び/又は光回折効果領域又はロゴがない位置ではサテン仕上げされることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の包装フォイル。
