Claims (7)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に形成されている透明電極と、
前記透明電極の上に形成されており、画素領域の光漏れを防止するためのクロムを含むブラックマトリックスと、
前記ブラックマトリックスの全部分の上に形成されており、感光膜からなる突起と、
を含み、
前記ブラックマトリックスの全部分及び前記突起は、前記画素領域を微小ドメインに分割し、
前記感光膜を露光し現像して必要なパターンを形成し、前記感光膜をマスクとしてブラックマトリックスをエッチングすることで、前記突起及び前記ブラックマトリックスは同一のレイアウトを有する液晶表示装置用基板。
- 前記ブラックマトリックスはクロムと酸化クロムとの二重層からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用基板。
- 前記絶縁基板と透明電極との間に形成されている色フィルターをさらに含む請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用基板。
- 透明電極を形成する段階と、
前記透明電極の上に画素領域の光漏れを防止するためのクロムを含むブラックマトリックス層を積層する段階と、
前記ブラックマトリックス層の上に感光膜を積層する段階と、
前記感光膜をパターニングして感光膜からなる突起を形成する段階と、
前記感光膜をエッチングマスクとして前記ブラックマトリックス層をエッチングする段階と、
を含み、
前記突起と、前記突起の下の前記ブラックマトリックス層の全部分は、前記画素領域を微小ドメインに分割する液晶表示装置用基板の製造方法。
- 前記ブラックマトリックス層は前記透明電極の上に積層されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置用基板の製造方法。
- 前記透明電極を形成する段階の前に色フィルターを形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置用基板の製造方法。
- 前記ブラックマトリックス層はクロムと酸化クロムとの二重層であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置用基板の製造方法。
