Description
飲料の製造(1):
表1に示す処方の飲料を製造した。まず、表1に示す生薬の抽出物を表1に示す原生薬換算量で精製水に添加した。次に、精製水にコーンペプチド(和光純薬工業製)を0.3%(w/v)の濃度で添加した。これらを50ml容のガラス容器に充填し、キャップを施し、飲料(実施品1〜6)とした。

不快臭を非常に感じる :0点
不快臭をかなり感じる :1点
不快臭を感じる :2点
不快臭をやや感じる :3点
不快臭を僅かに感じる :4点
不快臭を感じない :5点
飲料の製造(2):
表2の処方に従い、各成分を精製水中に混合溶解し、飲料を得た。これらをガラス容器に充填し、キャップを施し、飲料(比較品1〜16)とした。

Claims (2)
- コーンペプチドと、当帰、枸杞子、桂皮および甘草からなる群から選ばれる生薬の抽出物の1種以上を含有し、該抽出物が、乾燥エキス、軟エキス、流エキスおよびチンキからなる群から選ばれる抽出物であることを特徴とする飲料。
- コーンペプチドを配合した飲料において、当帰、枸杞子、桂皮および甘草からなる群から選ばれる生薬の抽出物の1種以上を配合し、該抽出物が、乾燥エキス、軟エキス、流エキスおよびチンキからなる群から選ばれる抽出物であることを特徴とする該飲料の不快臭を低減させる方法。
