Description
また、本発明の他の大切な目的は、多数の電池セルを電池状態検出回路に接続するワイヤーハーネスの断線やショートによる発煙や発火を有効に防止して、電池状態検出回路が確実に安定して各々の電池セルの状態を検出して信頼性と安全性を向上できる車両用のバッテリシステムを提供することにある。
以上のバッテリシステムは、温度センサを理想的な位置に配置しながら、温度センサと電池状態検出回路を最短距離で確実に接続できる。
以上のバッテリシステムは、多数の電池セルを連結して電池ブロックとし、さらに、この電池ブロックに回路基板を固定する状態で、各々の電池セルに注液できる。このため、従来のように、電池セルを膨れないようにトレイで保持して注液する必要がなく、また、注液してトレイから取り出して膨れた電池セルを加圧して所定の形状に保持して、電池ブロックに組み立てる必要もない。また、多数の電池セルを連結する状態で注液できるので、電池セルを注液のためのトレイにセットする必要もなく、注液工程を能率よくできる特徴がある。
以上のバッテリシステムは、使用状態で安全弁が開弁してガスなどが排出されるとき、このガスをスムーズに排気できる。
以上のバッテリシステムは、各々の電池セルの電極端子の同じ位置に電圧検出ラインを接続するので、電極端子の接続部の電気抵抗による電圧降下を各々の電池セルの電圧に均等に加算して、接続部の電圧降下による検出誤差を防止できる。

Claims (4)
- 正負の電極端子(13)を設けている端子面(1A)を同一面に位置させる端子平面(2A)として、複数の電池セル(1)を積層状態に固定してなる電池ブロック(2)と、この電池ブロック(2)を構成する各々の電池セル(1)の電極端子(13)に接続されて各々の電池セル(1)の状態を検出する電池状態検出回路(30)とを備える車両用のバッテリシステムであって、
前記電池状態検出回路(30)が回路基板(7)、(87)に実装され、この回路基板(7)、(87)が前記電池ブロック(2)の端子平面(2A)に対向して電池ブロック(2)に固定され、かつ各々の電池セル(1)の正負の電極端子(13)が回路基板(7)、(87)に接続されて、電池状態検出回路(30)に接続してなり、
前記電池セル(1)が、端子面(1A)に安全弁の排出口(12)を設けており、回路基板(87)が安全弁の排出口(12)の対向位置に、ガスを通過させるガス抜き孔(87B)を貫通して設けていることを特徴とする車両用のバッテリシステム。 - 前記回路基板(7)、(87)に、電池セル(1)に熱結合されて電池温度を検出する温度センサ(38)を連結している請求項1に記載される車両用のバッテリシステム。
- 前記前記電池セル(1)が、端子面(1A)に注液孔(14)を設けており、前記回路基板(7)、(87)が電池セル(1)の注液孔(14)との対向位置に貫通孔(7A)、(87A)を開口している請求項1に記載される車両用のバッテリシステム。
- 前記回路基板(7)、(87)が、電圧検出ライン(8)、(48)、(58)、(68)、(78)を介して各々の電池セル(1)の正負の電極端子(13)に接続されており、各々の電圧検出ライン(8)、(48)、(58)、(68)、(78)が、電極端子(13)の同じ位置に接続されている請求項1に記載される車両用のバッテリシステム。
