図1は、本実施例の組電池の外観斜視図、図2は、図1のA−A線断面図、図3は、図2の部分拡大図、図4は、図1の回路基板を組み付ける前の外観斜視図、図5は、回路基板の裏面側の外観斜視図、図6は、絶縁カバーの斜視図である。
爪部81は、絶縁カバー8に一体に設けられている。
図7は、実施例2の組電池の外観斜視図、図8は、実施例2の組電池の要部を断面により示す部分拡大図である。なお、上述の実施例1と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付することで詳細な説明は省略する。
図9は、実施例3の組電池の外観斜視図、図10は、実施例3のバスバーの外観斜視図である。なお、上述の実施例と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付することで詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- 正極端子及び負極端子が一面に設けられた複数の単電池を並べて保持するケースと、
該ケースに保持された前記複数の単電池の一面側を覆う絶縁カバーと、
前記複数の単電池の互いに隣り合う端子間を電気的に接続して前記絶縁カバーから露出するバスバーと、
前記ケースに固定されて前記絶縁カバーの上に配置される回路基板と、を有し、
前記回路基板の前記絶縁カバーと対向する裏面には、前記回路基板を前記ケースに固定することにより前記バスバーに押圧接触される弾性接触部材が取り付けられており、
前記絶縁カバー又は前記バスバーには、前記回路基板の裏面とは反対側の前記回路基板の表面に当接して前記回路基板を支持する支持部材が設けられていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記支持部材は、前記絶縁カバーに一体に設けられた爪部を有しており、該爪部が前記回路基板の表面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記支持部材は、前記絶縁カバーに固定されたネジを有しており、該ネジの頭部が前記回路基板の表面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記支持部材は、前記バスバーに一体に設けられた突起部を有しており、該突起部が前記回路基板の表面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
