Abstract
【解決手段】薄型の直方体形状に形成された複数の電池11の柱状陽極12aと柱状陰極12bを互い違いに配列されてなる電池アッセンブリ10に用いられ、絶縁樹脂基材2の一方の面に、隣り合う電池11の柱状陽極と柱状陰極に接続される端子パターン3と、端子パターン3に接続された電圧検出配線パターン5とが互いに間隔をあけて形成され、端子パターンと、端子パターンに接続された電圧検出配線パターン5と、電圧検出配線パターン5の一部に介装されたヒューズパターン4とを有し、端子パターンの周縁部と電圧検出配線パターンとヒューズパターンが絶縁樹脂層6覆われてなり、端子パターンと絶縁樹脂基材には、各電池の柱状陽極と柱状陰極が挿入される一対の貫通穴7がそれぞれ形成されてなる配線モジュール1を提案する。

Claims (3)
- 薄型の直方体形状に形成された複数の電池の柱状陽極と柱状陰極を互い違いに配列してなる電池アッセンブリに用いられる配線モジュールであって、
絶縁樹脂基材の一方の面に、隣り合う前記電池の柱状陽極と柱状陰極に接続される端子パターンと、前記端子パターンに接続された電圧検出配線パターンと、前記電圧検出配線パターンの一部に介装されたヒューズパターンとを有し、前記端子パターンの周縁部と前記電圧検出配線パターンと前記ヒューズパターンが絶縁樹脂層で覆われてなり、前記端子パターンと前記絶縁樹脂基材には、前記各電池の柱状陽極と柱状陰極が挿入される一対の貫通穴が形成されてなる配線モジュール。 - 前記絶縁樹脂基材は、前記電池アッセンブリの配列方向に対応させて帯状に形成され、
前記端子パターンは、前記絶縁樹脂基材の帯状側縁から張り出された張出部に形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のる配線モジュール。 - さらに、前記絶縁樹脂層で覆われていない前記端子パターンの露出面に重ねて配置された補助導体板と、前記補助導体板の側面外周を取り囲んで前記端子パターンの周縁部を含む設定領域の前記絶縁樹脂層を覆って形成された保護樹脂層とが形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のる配線モジュール。
