値Vcsよりも大きい場合には、調整すべきばらつきがあるとする(ステップST220)。このステップST220にて調整すべき容量ばらつきがないときは容量調整を行うことなく(ステップST230)、組電池システムの停止処理を実行する(ステップST240)。

Claims (12)
- 複数の二次電池を備えた組電池を制御する制御手段と、前記複数の二次電池の容量をそれぞれ調整する容量調整手段と、前記容量調整手段が実装された制御基板とを有する前記組電池の容量を調整する容量調整方法であって、
前記制御基板に対する冷却エネルギと前記容量調整手段の発熱量との関係に応じて一緒に容量調整することができる二次電池の個数を決定するステップと、
前記ステップで決定された個数の二次電池に対して前記容量調整手段を制御し、前記各二次電池の容量を調整するステップと、を有することを特徴とする組電池の容量調整方法。 - 前記制御基板に対する冷却エネルギは、前記制御基板の温度、前記制御基板に対して流れる冷却媒体の温度及び流量に応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組電池の容量調整方法。
- 前記各二次電池の容量を調整するステップにおいて、各二次電池の電圧と目標電圧との偏差が大きい二次電池から優先的に容量調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の組電池の容量調整方法。
- 前記容量調整手段の発熱量に応じて、前記制御基板に流れる冷却媒体の流量を制御するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整方法。
- 前記組電池の起動時において、前記組電池の充放電制御を停止した時の前記組電池の電圧と、前記組電池を起動した時の前記組電池の電圧との差が所定値より大きいか否かを判断し、前記差が前記所定値より大きい場合には、全ての二次電池について容量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整方法。
- 前記制御手段に電力を供給する補機バッテリを有し、前記補機バッテリの電圧が所定値以上の場合には前記組電池の充放電制御を停止した後も前記各二次電池の容量調整を実行することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整方法。
- 複数の二次電池を備えた組電池の容量を調整する容量調整装置であって、
前記複数の二次電池の容量をそれぞれ調整する容量調整手段と、
前記容量調整手段が実装された制御基板と
前記制御基板の放熱量を検出する手段と、
前記容量調整手段の発熱量を検出する手段と、
前記制御基板に対する冷却エネルギと前記容量調整手段の発熱量との関係に応じて一緒に容量調整することができる二次電池の個数を決定し、前記容量調整手段を制御して、前記決定された個数の二次電池の容量を調整する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする組電池の容量調整装置。 - 前記制御基板に対する冷却エネルギを検出する手段は、前記制御基板の温度を検出する手段、前記制御基板に流れる冷却媒体の温度を検出する手段及び前記制御基板に流れる冷却媒体の流量を検出する手段を含み、
前記制御基板に対する冷却エネルギを検出する手段は、前記制御基板の温度、前記冷却媒体の温度及び前記冷却媒体の流量に基づいて検出されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組電池の容量調整装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記各二次電池の電圧と目標電圧との偏差が大きい二次電池から優先的に容量調整することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の組電池の容量調整装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記容量調整手段の発熱量を検出する手段により検出された発熱量に応じて、前記制御基板に流れる冷却媒体の流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記組電池を起動時において、前記組電池の充放電制御を停止した時の前記組電池の電圧と、前記組電池を起動した時の前記組電池の電圧との差が所定値より大きいか否かを判断し、前記差が前記所定値より大きい場合には、全ての二次電池について容量を調整することを特徴とする請求項7〜10の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整装置。
- 前記組電池を制御する制御手段に電力を供給する補機バッテリを有し、
前記制御手段は、前記補機バッテリの電圧が所定値以上の場合には、前記組電池の充放電制御を停止した後も前記各二次電池の容量調整を実行することを特徴とする請求項7〜11の何れかに記載の組電池の容量調整装置。
