Description
Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルを配列して該複数の電池セルの配列方向両端に有する2枚のエンドプレートにより前記複数の電池セルを挟んで連結固定した電池ブロックであって、
所定個の電池セルを1セクションとしてセクション板で区切り、複数のセクションで構成し、
前記電池セルはガス放出弁を有し、
前記電池ブロックは前記複数の電池セルの前記ガス放出弁を連通させるベントダクトを有し、
前記ベントダクトは、前記セクション板で区切られたセクションごとにダクト部材に分割され、連結されており、
前記電池ブロックは、前記2枚のエンドプレートと前記セクション板とを前記電池セルの配列方向に沿って貫通する複数のロッドで締込み固定したことを特徴とする電池ブロック。 - 前記電池セルは密閉角形容器に収容され、該密閉角形容器の上面に外部端子と前記ガス放出弁が位置しており、前記ベントダクトは前記密閉角形容器の上面に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記分割されたダクト部材は、前記セクション板に押さえ部材で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記電池ブロックは、前記電池セルの電圧を検出する電圧検出基板を備えており、該電圧検出基板は、前記電池セルと前記ベントダクトとの間に配置され、前記電圧検出基板には、前記ガス放出弁に連通するベントダクトの連通部が貫通する貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記電圧検出基板は、前記セクション板で区切られたセクションごとに分割され、連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記電圧検出基板は、ヒューズを備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記分割された電圧検出基板は、前記セクション板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池ブロック。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電池ブロックを上下2層構成とし、筐体に収容した電源装置であって、
前記筐体は下ケース及び上ケースと、これらの中間に位置する仕切り板とから構成され、下層の電池ブロックは前記下ケース内に収容され、前記下層の電池ブロックと上層の電池ブロックとの間に前記仕切り板が介在され、前記上層の電池ブロックは前記上ケースに収容され、前記下ケースの外周縁部と前記仕切り板の外周部と前記上ケースの外周縁部とを連結固定したことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記セクション板は前記電池ブロックを固定する脚部を備えており、前記下層の電池ブロックの該脚部を前記下ケースの底板に固定すると共に、前記上層の電池ブロックの該脚部を前記仕切り板に固定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電源装置。
- 前記下ケースは支持ステーを備えると共に、前記上ケースは支持ステーを備えることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の電源装置。
