Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電体セル2の積層体を所定層毎に挟持する中間プレート8a,8bにより、蓄電体セル2で発生する熱を放熱すると共に、中間プレート8a,8bに係合されるフレームサポート7に設けたワイヤにより中間プレート8a,8bに荷重を掛けて各セルの積層面を所定の圧力で押圧する。これにより、振動と熱との双方に対する各セルの特性安定化を図り、パッケージ全体としての性能を向上することができる。

Claims (9)
- 複数の平面状の蓄電体セルを積層してパッケージ化する蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造において、
上記蓄電体セルの積層面に当接して上記蓄電体セルを挟持すると共に、上記蓄電体セルで発生する熱を伝熱・放散する板状の部材と、
上記蓄電体セルの積層体を収容する枠組を形成すると共に、上記板状の部材を上記蓄電体セルの積層方向に移動可能に係合する柱状の部材と、
上記柱状の部材に設けられて上記板状の部材に所定の荷重を掛け、上記蓄電体セルの積層面に所定の圧力を掛けて保持する加圧部材とを備えたことを特徴とする蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。 - 上記板状の部材を、上記蓄電体セルを積層した積層体の所定層毎に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記蓄電体セルの積層面の1層毎に、上記蓄電体セルの蓄電部に密着して該蓄電部で発生した熱を伝熱するシート状の部材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記板状の部材に、上記蓄電体セルから上記板状の部材に伝熱した熱を上記蓄電体セルの積層方向に立体的に伝熱する伝熱用部材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一に記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記伝熱用部材を、中空のパイプ材で形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記加圧部材を、上記柱状の部材に所定の張力を持って挿通されるワイヤによって構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一に記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記柱状の部材から延出された上記ワイヤが巻き掛けられる曲面部と、該曲面部に巻き掛けられた上記ワイヤの張力によって上記板状の部材を均一に押圧するための押圧部とを有するスペーサ部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記加圧部材を、上記柱状の部材と上記板状の部材と締結するネジにより構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一に記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
- 上記板状の部材を、カーボン系の材料とアルミニウム系の材料との複合材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一に記載の蓄電体セルのパッケージ構造。
