Claims (15)
- 水平な状態で垂直方向に積層された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールの外郭に位置する上部押圧プレート及び下部押圧プレートを含む押圧プレートと、
前記上部押圧プレートと下部押圧プレートとを互いに連結する第2弾性部材と、
前記押圧プレートを取り囲むパックケースと、
前記電池モジュールの中央部を垂直方向に貫く第1弾性部材と、を含み、
前記パックケースは、上部パックカバー及び下部パックカバーを含み、前記上部パックカバーと前記上部押圧プレートとの間に第3弾性部材が備えられ、
前記第1弾性部材の一側は、前記上部押圧プレートと連結され、前記第1弾性部材の他側は、前記下部押圧プレートと連結されている、電池パック。 - 前記上部パックカバーと前記上部押圧プレートとの間に間隔維持部がさらに備えられる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記間隔維持部は四角柱形状を有する、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記間隔維持部は金属材からなる、請求項2又は3に記載の電池パック。
- 水平な状態で垂直方向に積層された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールの外郭に位置する上部押圧プレート及び下部押圧プレートを含む押圧プレートと、
前記上部押圧プレートと下部押圧プレートとを互いに連結する第2弾性部材と、
前記押圧プレートを取り囲むパックケースと、を含み、
前記パックケースは、上部パックカバー及び下部パックカバーを含み、前記上部パックカバーと前記上部押圧プレートとの間に第3弾性部材が備えられ、
前記電池モジュールは、
所定の面積を有し、水平に位置するヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクの上面及び下面にそれぞれ位置する上部支持プレート及び下部支持プレートを含む支持プレートと、
前記上部支持プレートと密着する第1電池セル及び前記下部支持プレートと密着する第2電池セルを含む電池セルと、
前記第1電池セルの上部に位置する上部カバープレート及び前記第2電池セルの下部に位置する下部カバープレートを含むカバープレートとを含む、電池パック。 - 前記ヒートシンクの上面には所定の高さ突出した隆起部が設けられ、前記上部支持プレートには前記隆起部を収容するための第1開口部が形成されている、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1電池セルは前記隆起部の上面に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクの下面には所定の高さ突出した隆起部が設けられ、前記下部支持プレートには前記隆起部を収容するための第2開口部が形成されている、請求項5又は6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2電池セルは前記隆起部の下面に位置する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上部支持プレートと前記上部カバープレートとの間には、両側縁部及び中央に沿って延び、所定の高さ及び幅を有する第1支持フレームが位置する、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下部支持プレートと前記下部カバープレートとの間には、両側縁部及び中央に沿って延び、所定の高さ及び幅を有する第2支持フレームが位置する、請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上部支持プレートと前記上部カバープレートとの間には、両側縁部及び中央に沿って延び、所定の高さ及び幅を有する第1支持フレームが位置し、
前記下部支持プレートと前記下部カバープレートとの間には、両側縁部及び中央に沿って延び、所定の高さ及び幅を有する第2支持フレームが位置し、
中央に沿って延びる前記第1支持フレーム及び前記第2支持フレームには、第1弾性部材が通過するように、第1貫通ホール及び第2貫通ホールがそれぞれ設けられている、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記上部支持プレートと前記上部カバープレートとの間には第1バスバーアセンブリーが位置し、前記第1バスバーアセンブリーは、第1収容溝が形成された第1バスバーフレーム、及び所定の角度に複数回折り曲げられた凹凸構造を有し、前記第1収容溝に着座するバスバーを含む、請求項5から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下部支持プレートと前記下部カバープレートとの間には第2バスバーアセンブリーが位置する、請求項5から13のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含む、デバイス。
