Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが設けられ、複数のバッテリーセルが相互積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記バッテリーセル積層体を囲むケーシングと、
前記バッテリーセルのスウェリングの発生時に前記バッテリーセルに均一な圧力が形成されるように、前記バッテリーセルとの干渉を回避して前記ケーシングの内側に結合する弾性部材と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケーシングは、複数のエンドプレートが結合して形成され、
前記弾性部材は複数のばねとして設けられ、前記複数のばねは、前記ケーシングの両側に各々配置されたエンドプレートの縁部に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケーシングは、六つのエンドプレートが結合した六面体として形成され、前記弾性部材は、四つのばねとして設けられ、両側端部のエンドプレートの四つの縁部に結合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のエンドプレートのうち第1エンドプレートは、他のエンドプレートの間に配置されて移動可能に設けられ、前記第1エンドプレートには、前記複数のばねが結合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1エンドプレート及び前記第1エンドプレートの移動方向を基準として所定の位置に配置された第2エンドプレートは、相互離隔して配置され、前記第1エンドプレートの移動時、前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートとが相互接触可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1エンドプレート及び前記第2エンドプレートの各々には、相互結合可能な結合突起及び結合溝の少なくとも一つが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
