Abstract
Description
図2は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電池モジュールを示す模式図であり、図3は、一実施形態に係る電池モジュールの側面図である。図2~図3を参照すると、本発明に係る電池モジュール100は、n個(nは2以上の整数)の電池セル111が積層される電池セル積層体110と、一面が開放された構造であり、内部に電池セル積層体110を収容するケース120と、電池セル積層体110の上端に積層される上部プレート130と、ケース120の内部に位置し、かつケース120の下部に固定されるゼンマイ状の定荷重ばね(constant force spring)140を含む。
図4は、本発明の他の一実施形態に係る電池モジュールを示す模式図である。

Claims (10)
- n個(nは2以上の整数)の電池セルが積層される電池セル積層体と、
一面が開放された構造であり、内部に前記電池セル積層体を収容するケースと、
前記電池セル積層体の上端に積層される上部プレートと、
前記ケースの内部に位置し、かつ前記ケースの下部に固定されるゼンマイ状の定荷重ばねとを含み、
前記定荷重ばねは、巻取端と自由端とを含み、かつ前記巻取端は前記ケースの前記下部に固定され、前記自由端は前記上部プレートに固定される構造を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記定荷重ばねは、前記電池セル積層体の積層面において互いに対称となる2地点以上に位置する構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ケースの一面をカバーするケースカバーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーと前記上部プレートとの間に1つまたは複数個のストッパーブロックを含み、前記上部プレートの上側方向の動きを制限する構造を有する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体は、下端と前記上端にそれぞれ圧縮パッドが介在される構造である、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体は、m個(mは2以上の整数)以上含まれ、
それぞれの前記電池セル積層体の間に圧縮パッドが介在される構造である、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体は、n個の前記電池セルを相互に電気的に連結するバスバー組立体をさらに含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ケースは、前記定荷重ばねのゼンマイ状に巻取された領域を固定させるためのホルダーまたはばね装着部を含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記定荷重ばねの前記自由端は、固定ホールが形成された構造であり、
前記上部プレートの側面には、前記固定ホールが貫通される固定ピンが形成された構造である、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを備える、電池パック。
