Claims (21)
- 発電要素を含み偏平に形成した電池本体と、前記電池本体から導出した電極タブと、を備えた単電池を、厚み方向に複数枚積層してなる電池群を有する組電池の組み立て方法であって、
前記単電池を複数積層して電池群を形成し、
前記単電池の積層方向における前記電池群の両端外方に一対の第1カバー部材を配置し、
前記積層方向と交差し、かつ、前記電極タブが延びる方向と交差する方向において前記電池群の両端外方に一対の第2カバー部材を配置し、
前記積層方向における両側から前記一対の第1カバー部材を用いて前記電池群に加圧力を付与した状態で前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材と、を溶接する組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材とを溶接した後であって、前記電池群を構成する前記単電池を電気的に接続するバスバーを前記電極タブに溶接する請求項1に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。
- 前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材との溶接は、スポット状または線状に行なわれる請求項1に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。
- 前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材とを溶接する前に、前記電池群において前記単電池が偏平に延びる方向における端部であって前記積層方向において隣接する前記単電池の間にはスペーサを配置し、
前記一対の第1カバー部材によって前記電池群に加圧力を付与した状態で前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材とを溶接することによって前記スペーサの前記電池群における位置を固定する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記積層方向におけるいずれかの位置に弾性部材を配置し、前記第1カバー部材と前記第2カバー部材とを溶接することによって前記積層方向に沿って前記弾性部材による弾発力を生じさせる請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。
- 前記弾性部材には板ばねを使用し、
前記第1カバー部材と前記第2カバー部材とを溶接することによって、前記板ばねを前記積層方向から平面視した際の外周よりも内方において前記弾発力を生じさせる請求項5に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記弾性部材には複数の板ばねを用意し前記板ばねを隣接して配置し、
隣接する前記板ばねを、前記積層方向から平面視した際に前記弾発力が生じる箇所よりも外方において互いに接合する請求項5または6に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記一対の第1カバー部材における一方の第1カバー部材と前記単電池との間に配置し、
前記一方の第1カバー部材に設けられた穴部にクランプ部材を進入させて前記一方の第1カバー部材を把持する請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記電池群の前記積層方向における少なくとも一方の端部に隣接する前記単電池と連結される他のスペーサを配置し、
前記他のスペーサおよび当該他のスペーサと隣接する前記一対の第1カバー部材の少なくとも一方の第1カバー部材を互いに係合させて、前記電池群に対する前記一方の第1カバー部材の位置決めを行なう請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。 - 前記一対の第2カバー部材の少なくとも一方の第2カバー部材と、前記一対の第1カバー部材と、を互いに係合させて、前記一対の第1カバー部材に対する前記一方の第2カバー部材の位置決めを行なう請求項9に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。
- 前記電池群に対する前記一方の第1カバー部材の位置決めおよび/または前記一対の第1カバー部材に対する前記一方の第2カバー部材の位置決めは、複数箇所において行なわれる請求項9または10に記載の組電池の組み立て方法。
- 発電要素を含み偏平に形成した電池本体と、前記電池本体から導出した電極タブと、を備えた単電池を、厚み方向に複数枚積層してなる電池群と、
前記単電池の積層方向における両側から前記電池群を覆う一対の第1カバー部材と、
前記積層方向と交差し、かつ、前記電極タブが延びる方向と交差する方向における両側から前記電池群を覆う一対の第2カバー部材と、を備え、
前記一対の第2カバー部材は、前記電池群を前記一対の第1カバー部材によって前記積層方向に加圧した状態において前記一対の第1カバー部材と接合してなる組電池。 - 前記一対の第1カバー部材および前記一対の第2カバー部材には、前記一対の第1カバー部材と前記一対の第2カバー部材との接合箇所をスポット状、または線状に形成してなる請求項12に記載の組電池。
- 前記電池群は、前記単電池が偏平に伸びる方向における端部であって前記積層方向において隣接する前記単電池の間に配置されたスペーサをさらに有する請求項12または13に記載の組電池。
- 前記積層方向におけるいずれかの位置に、前記積層方向に沿って弾発力を生じさせる弾性部材を配置してなる請求項12~14のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記弾性部材は板ばねを有し、
前記弾発力は、前記板ばねを前記積層方向から平面視した際の外周よりも内方において生じる請求項15に記載の組電池。 - 前記弾性部材は板ばねを複数隣接して備えるとともに、
複数の前記板ばねは、前記板ばねを前記積層方向から平面視した際において前記弾発力が生じる箇所よりも外方において互いに接合してなる請求項15または16に記載の組電池。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記一対の第1カバー部材における一方の第1カバー部材と前記単電池との間に配置され、
前記一方の第1カバー部材は、前記一方の第1カバー部材を前記積層方向から平面視した際の前記弾発力が生じる箇所よりも外方において、前記一方の第1カバー部材を掴むクランプ部材が前記一方の第1カバー部材を基準として外部から内部に進入する穴部を有する請求項15~17のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記電池群の前記積層方向における少なくとも一方の端部には隣接する前記単電池と連結される他のスペーサが配置され、
前記他のスペーサおよび当該他のスペーサと隣接する前記一対の第1カバー部材の少なくとも一方の第1カバー部材は、互いに係合し前記電池群に対する前記一方の第1カバー部材の位置決めを行なう係合部を各々有する請求項12~18のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記一対の第2カバー部材の少なくとも一方と、前記一対の第1カバー部材と、は、互いに係合し前記一対の第1カバー部材に対する前記一方の第2カバー部材の位置決めを行なう他の係合部を各々有する請求項19に記載の組電池。
