Abstract
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 서로에 대해 직렬로 연결되는 다수의 배터리 셀들과, 각 배터리 셀들의 전압을 센싱하여 상호간의 전압차를 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러를 구비하는 전기차량용 배터리 팩에 있어서, 기판부와; 각 배터리 셀들의 전극단자와 각각 전기적으로 접속될 수 있도록 기판부에 인쇄되는 다수의 연결단자들과; 각 연결단자와 콘트롤러를 전기적으로 연결하여 각 배터리 셀의 전압이 콘트롤러에 인가될 수 있도록, 기판부에 인쇄되는 배선 트레이스들을 구비한다.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 서로에 대해 직렬로 연결되는 다수의 배터리 셀(1)들과; 상기 각 배터리 셀(1)들의 전압을 센싱하여 상호간의 전압차를 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러(3)와; 기판부(12)와; 상기 각 배터리 셀(1)들의 전극단자(1a)와 각각 전기적으로 접속될 수 있도록 상기 기판부(12)에 인쇄되는 다수의 연결단자(14)들과; 상기 각 연결단자(14)와 상기 콘트롤러(3)를 전기적으로 연결하여 상기 각 배터리 셀(1)의 전압이 상기 콘트롤러(3)에 인가될 수 있도록, 상기 기판부(12)에 인쇄되는 배선 트레이스(16)들;을 포함하여 이루어지는 전기차량용 배터리 팩에 있어서,
상기 각 배터리 셀(1)로부터 상기 콘트롤러(3)로 인가되는 규정이상의 과전류를 차단하기 위한 다수의 퓨즈(20)들을 더 포함하며, 상기 퓨즈(20)들은 기판부(12)상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량용 배터리 팩. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 퓨즈(20)를 교환할 수 있도록, 상기 기판부(12)상에는 상기 퓨즈(20)의 교환을 위한 퓨즈소켓(22)들이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량용 배터리 팩. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 연결단자(14)들은 상기 각 배터리 셀(1)의 전극단자(1a)와 납땜되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량용 배터리 팩.
