Description
シート材2として、0.7〜1mm程度の厚みのポリビニールブチラール膜(PVB膜)を用意する。
図4に示すように、1枚のテンプレート20内に同一形状の閉ループ形状の凹溝部22、22’が複数枚並設されている以外は、実施例1と同じである。これによって、1枚のシート材2より複数枚の所定形状の閉ループ形状に切断されたシート材2を得ることができる。
図5に示すように、1枚のテンプレート20内に大きな形状の閉ループ形状の凹溝部22と、小さな形状の閉ループ形状の凹溝部22’とを有するものであり、同時に用いることは無く、該テンプレート20上に設けられた閉ループの凹溝部22、22’の所望のいずれか一つだけを使用することになる点以外は、実施例1と同じである。これによって、1枚のシート材より1枚の所定形状の閉ループ形状に切断されたシート材を得ることができる。
図6に示すように、1枚のテンプレート20内に異なった形状の複数の閉ループ形状の凹溝部22、22’が交差するように設けられているものであり、これらの複数の凹溝部22、22’を同時に用いることは無く、該テンプレート20上に設けられた閉ループの凹溝部22、22’の所望のいずれか一つだけを使用する点以外は、実施例1、3と同じである。これによって、1枚のシート材より1枚の所定形状の閉ループ形状に切断されたシート材を得ることができる。

Claims (7)
- シート材の切断装置において、複数個の微細な穿孔部よりエアーを噴出または吸引自在なエアテーブルと、該エアーテーブル上に載置固定された所定の閉ループ状の凹溝部及び前記エアテーブルの各穿孔部位置と一致する各位置に穿孔部を有するテンプレートと、該テンプレート上に載置するシート材の上方位置に設けて前記テンプレートの凹溝部に沿ってシート材を切断する切断刃と、該切断刃をXYZ座標軸で移動および回転自在とする切断刃駆動手段とからなることを特徴とするシート材の切断装置。
- 前記テンプレートに、同一形状又は異なる形状の凹溝部を複数本並設または交差させて配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシート材の切断装置。
- 前記シート材をエアーテーブルに搬出入させる搬出入手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシート材の切断装置。
- 前記テンプレートの凹溝部の幅を2〜7mm、深さを2mm以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシート材の切断装置。
- 前記請求項1乃至4のいずれかの装置を用いたシート材の切断方法において、エアテーブルの各穿孔部とテンプレートの各穿孔部とを一致するようにして、テンプレートをエアテーブル上に重ねて固定し、テンプレート上に載置したシート材をエアテーブルの吸引によって吸着して固定した状態で、シート材を切断中のカッター刃の先端部がテンプレートの凹溝部内に潜り込む状態でシート材をカッター刃で切断することを特徴とするシート材の切断方法。
- 前記凹溝部内を移動させるカッター刃の先端部が凹溝部の最上面より1mm以上、凹溝部内に潜り込むようにしてシート材を切断させることを特徴とする請求項5記載のシート材の切断方法。
- 前記テンプレート上にシート材を搬入、または搬出させる場合、シート材の端部を吸着パッド等で吸着し、エアテーブルの穿孔部よりエアを噴出させてシート材を浮上させながら搬送移動させることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のシート材の切断方法。
