Description
Claims (4)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体で連結して、該第二の取付部材で支持された仕切板を挟んだ両側に非圧縮性流体を封入された受圧室と平衡室を形成すると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を連通する第一のオリフィス通路を形成した流体封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切板に対して前記受圧室側と前記平衡室側の一方の側に所定距離を隔てて可動膜を配設してそれら仕切板と可動膜の対向面間に中間室を形成すると共に、該中間室に対して該仕切板で隔てられた該受圧室と該平衡室の一方に該中間室を連通する第二のオリフィス通路を形成して、該第二のオリフィス通路を前記第一のオリフィス通路よりも高周波数にチューニングする一方、該可動膜に対して該中間室側とその反対側との少なくとも一方の側に整流板を対向配置して、該整流板には該可動膜に向かって開口する複数の整流孔を形成すると共に、それら整流孔を通じての流体流動量を制限する流量制限手段を設け、且つ、
前記整流板に通路形成用ゴムを設けて、該通路形成用ゴムに前記整流孔を形成すると共に、該整流孔の少なくとも一方の開口部に前記流量制限手段を構成する弁状ゴム突起を突出形成して、該弁状ゴム突起が初期形状において該整流孔の開口部から離隔して該整流孔を連通状態に保持するようになっていると共に、該弁状ゴム突起が前記受圧室と前記平衡室の相対的な圧力変動に基づいて弾性変形して該整流孔の開口部に接近し該整流孔を遮断するようになっていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記弁状ゴム突起が前記整流孔への流体の流出入方向に向かって延びる請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記整流板を前記仕切板に対して前記可動膜を挟んだ反対側に配設して、前記中間室を該仕切板と該可動膜の間に形成すると共に、前記第二のオリフィス通路の端部を該中間室の周壁に開口させた請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記複数の整流孔が前記整流板の中心回りの周上で等間隔に形成された複数を含んで設けられている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
