Claims (5)
- 直流電力を交流電力に変換し、該交流電力をモータに供給する複数のパワーモジュールと、
前記複数のパワーモジュールを覆うように形成され、かつ該複数のパワーモジュールを駆動する単一の電子回路基板と、
前記複数のパワーモジュールと前記電子回路基板とを収納する筐体と、を備えた電力変換装置であって、
前記複数のパワーモジュールは、
内蔵されたスイッチング素子を囲むケースと、
前記スイッチング素子と電気的接続されるとともに、前記電子回路基板と接続されるゲート端子と、
前記電子回路基板側に向かって突出して形成され、かつ前記電子回路基板に形成された溝又は孔と嵌め合う第1突出部と、
前記筐体側に向かって突出して形成され、かつ前記筐体に形成された溝又は孔と嵌め合う第2突出部と、をそれぞれ備え、
前記ケースは、前記電子回路基板側に向かって突出する前記ゲート端子と一体に成形され、
前記第1突出部と前記第2突出部は、前記ケースと同一の樹脂材により一体に構成され、
前記第1突出部と前記第2突出部が前記筐体の前記パワーモジュール載置面の略鉛直方向に揃って形成される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載された電力変換装置であって、
前記第1突出部は、当該第1突出部の突出方向が前記第2突出部の突出方向と同一線上となるように形成される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記パワーモジュールは、金属ベースを有し、
前記金属ベースは、前記パワーモジュールと前記筐体の間に配置され、
さらに前記金属ベースは、貫通孔を形成し、
前記第2突出部は、前記貫通孔を貫通する電力変換装置。 - 請求項3に記載された電力変換装置であって、
前記筐体は、冷却水流路を形成し、
前記金属ベースは、フィンを有し、
前記パワーモジュールは、前記フィンが前記冷却水流路内に配置されるように前記筐体に固定される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1突出部は、前記ゲート端子が設けられた前記パワーモジュールの辺側とは異なる辺側に設けられる電力変換装置。
