Claims (4)
- パワー半導体を備えるパワーモジュールと、
前記パワーモジュールを冷却する冷却器を備える基部と、
前記パワーモジュールを制御する制御回路が実装される第2の基板と、
前記パワーモジュールに電力を供給する第1のバスバーと、
前記パワーモジュールからの電力を出力する第2のバスバーと、
前記第1のバスバーの電力を平滑化する平滑コンデンサと、
信号配線を備える第1の基板と、を備え、
前記基部の上面に前記パワーモジュールが載置されると共に、前記パワーモジュールの上方側に、前記第1のバスバーと、前記平滑コンデンサと、前記第1の基板と、が順に積層して備えられ、
前記第2の基板は、前記基部に対して立設方向に備えられ、前記パワーモジュールと前記第1の基板とにそれぞれ固定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記第2のバスバーの電流を検出する電流検出部を備える第3の基板をさらに備え、
前記第1のバスバーは、上方側にピンが延設され、
前記第3の基板は、前記ピンに対応する位置が切り欠かれた切り欠き部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記平滑コンデンサは、前記第1のバスバーに実装される共に、前記パワーモジュールと前記第1の基板との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前第1の基板又は前記第3の基板には、外部装置との信号を送受信する信号線が接続される接続部を備え、
前記接続部は、前記第1の基板又は前記第3の基板の、内周側又は内周側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の電力変換装置。
