Claims (9)
- 複数の山と前記山と山との間の境界部とを含み、光源から照射された光を集光するプリズムパターンと、
前記プリズムパターンの山を成す面及び前記境界部上に凸凹形状で不規則に形成され、前記光を拡散する複数の拡散パターンと、
を含み、
前記プリズムパターンの前記山のピーク全体が、丸みを帯びた形状であることを特徴とする光学シート。 - 前記境界部は、平坦面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 前記拡散パターンは、曲面または多面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学シート。
- 前記複数の拡散パターンは、互いに隣接した拡散パターンの断面積がそれぞれ異なるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の光学シート。
- 前記プリズムパターンの前記山のピッチは、20μm〜200μmの範囲内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の光学シート。
- 前記プリズムパターンの前記複数の山は、直線及び曲線のうちいずれか一つの形状で互いに並んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の光学シート。
- 前記プリズムパターンの前記複数の山は、不規則な間隔を有して形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の光学シート。
- ピーク全体が丸みを帯びた形状を有する複数の山と前記山と山との間の境界部とが順々に形成されたプリズムパターンと前記山を成す面及び前記境界部に不規則な拡散パターンとが形成されたサブマスタを作成し、
前記サブマスタの山、境界部及び不規則な拡散パターンに対応する山、境界部及び不規則な拡散パターンを有するメインマスタを作成し、
前記メインマスタにフィルムを加圧して光学シートを形成することと、
を含むことを特徴とする光学シートの製造方法。 - 前記境界部は、平坦面を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光学シートの製造方法。
