Description
機能化の対象の製品を、二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子の懸濁液に浸漬し;
完全に湿潤した場合、この製品を加熱して、溶媒を除去し;
処理された表面へのナノメートル粒子の固定性を向上するように、この製品を、熱サイクルに付す、ものである。
ii)ステージi)に由来の溶液を、少量となるまで、蒸留するステージ;及び
iii)水とともに、上記の錯体形成溶媒及び1つ以上の重縮合阻害剤を、ステージii)に由来の溶液に添加し、その後、還流下で反応混合物を加熱し、所望のナノメートル粒子分散液を得るステージ。
Tiイソプロポキシドから出発して、水/ジエチレングリコール中にアナターゼTiO2を有するナノメートル粒子懸濁液の調製
(例1)
5.53Lのジエチレングリコールを、5.54Lのチタンイソプロポキシドを添加した20Lのフラスコに導入する。この反応混合物を、攪拌下、5分間載置し、その後、120℃に加熱して、少量となるまで、形成したイソプロピルアルコールを留去する。11.1Lのジエチレングリコール、125mLの32〜33%(w/w)塩酸、2.07Lの氷酢酸及び125mLの脱イオン水を添加する;温度を180℃とし、この混合物を、還流下、2時間保持する。
5gの濃塩酸、75gのTX−100及び水を添加して750gとしたものを、外部ジャケットにおいて循環する透熱性油で加熱した2Lの反応器に導入する。その温度を、50℃とする。その後、50gのTi[OCH(CH3)2]4(TIP)を即座に添加し、白色の凝集沈殿物の形成がすぐに観察される。
構造化した非平滑表面を得るように、歯科矯正インプラント用のチタンスクリューを、各種酸の混合物を用いた媒染(本技術分野公知の方法)に付した。これを、1重量%の二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子を含有するジエチレングリコール中の処方製品に浸漬し、攪拌下、5秒間保持した。
歯科矯正インプラント用の接地したチタンスクリューを、総含量1%の二酸化チタンである二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子上に吸着された0.05%の銀のナノメートル粒子を含有するジエチレングルコール中の処方製品に浸漬し、攪拌下、5秒間保持した。
歯科矯正インプラント用の媒染されたチタンスクリューを、総含量0.1%の二酸化チタンである二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子上に吸着された0.005%の銀のナノメートル粒子を含有する水中の処方製品に浸漬し、攪拌下、5秒間保持した。
1重量%の二酸化チタンを含有する二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子の水溶液を、小型の平滑なチタンプレートの一側面上に噴霧した。この小型のプレートを、120℃のオーブンに1時間載置し、溶媒蒸発を惹起した。その後、この小型のプレートを、高温で処理し、ナノメートル粒子を金属に安定的に固定する。上記の熱サイクルは、最後の2時間、800℃まで加熱し、その後2時間保持し、その後、周囲温度まで自由に冷却することからなる。
Claims (9)
- 歯科矯正用の人工器官又はその部品のチタン金属表面を、チタンのナノメートル粒子で機能化する方法であって、
機能化の対象の製品を、二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子の懸濁液に浸漬し;
完全に湿潤した該製品を加熱して、溶媒を除去し;
この製品を、熱サイクルに付し、
ここで、
前記の二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子の懸濁液が、
i)チタンアルコキシドを、適当な錯体形成溶媒と反応させるステップと;
ii)ステップi)に由来の溶液を蒸留するステップと;
iii)ステップii)に由来の溶液に、水を、前記錯体形成溶媒及び1つ以上の重縮合阻害剤と共に加え、その後、この反応混合物を還流下で加熱して、所望のナノ粒子分散液を得るステップと;
を有する方法で得られるか、又は
前記の二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子の懸濁液が、
鉱酸及び非イオン性界面活性剤の存在下、水中、熱条件でチタン塩を反応させるステップと;
このようにして得られた溶液を少量に低減するステップと;
を有する方法で得られることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記製品をナノメートルサイズの二酸化チタンの懸濁液に浸漬する前に、構造化した非平滑表面を得るため、酸の混合物を用いて表面を処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 初期のバスに使用する懸濁液は、0.1〜15重量%のナノメートルサイズの二酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液は、1重量%の二酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液は、0.005〜0.5重量%の銀を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液は、0.05重量%の銀を含有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱サイクルは、
周囲温度から開始して、0.1〜10℃/分の上り勾配で400〜850℃の温度まで加熱するステップと;
30〜240分の時間の間、前記温度で保持するステップと;
周囲温度まで自由に冷却するステップと;
を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて、二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子でコートした歯科矯正用の人工器官又はその部品のチタン金属表面。
- 歯科矯正用の人工器官又はその部品であって、その表面が、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって二酸化チタンのナノメートル粒子でコートされていることを特徴とする人工器官又はその部品。
