Description
電動機からの動力を用いて走行する電気自動車であって、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数の二次電池と、前記複数の二次電池の各々の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう接続解除手段と、を有する電池装置と、
システム停止の状態で外部電源に接続されて該外部電源からの電力を用いて前記複数の二次電池を充電する充電器と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち放電可能な電力量である蓄電量が所定蓄電量以下に至った二次電池を使用済二次電池として設定する使用済二次電池設定手段と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち前記使用済二次電池として設定されていない二次電池である使用可能二次電池の少なくとも一つが前記電動機側に接続された状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する際、前記使用済二次電池についての放電が許容される電力量である許容放電電力量を反映せずに前記電池装置全体で放電が許容される電力量である全体許容放電電力量を設定する全体許容放電電力量設定手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
走行用の動力を出力する電動機と、前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数の二次電池と前記複数の二次電池の各々の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう接続解除手段とを有する電池装置と、システム停止の状態で外部電源に接続されて該外部電源からの電力を用いて前記複数の二次電池を充電する充電器と、を備える電気自動車における前記電池装置全体で放電が許容される電力量である全体許容放電電力量を設定する全体許容放電電力量設定方法であって、
(a)前記複数の二次電池のうち放電可能な電力量である蓄電量が所定蓄電量以下に至った二次電池を使用済二次電池として設定し、
(b)前記複数の二次電池のうち前記使用済二次電池として設定されていない二次電池である使用可能二次電池の少なくとも一つが前記電動機側に接続された状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する際、前記使用済二次電池についての放電が許容される電力量である許容放電電力量を反映せずに前記全体許容放電電力量を設定する、

- 電動機からの動力を用いて走行する電気自動車であって、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数の二次電池としてのメイン二次電池,第1の補助用二次電池,第2の補助用二次電池と、前記メイン二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なうメイン接続解除手段と、前記第1の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第1の補助接続解除手段と、前記第2の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第2の補助接続解除手段と、を有する電池装置と、
システム停止の状態で外部電源に接続されて該外部電源からの電力を用いて前記複数の二次電池を充電する充電器と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち放電可能な電力量である蓄電量が所定蓄電量以下に至った二次電池を使用済二次電池として設定する使用済二次電池設定手段と、
前記メイン二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記メイン接続解除手段を制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記第1の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御する電池装置制御手段と、
前記メイン二次電池および前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての放電が許容される電力量である許容放電電力量と前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いて前記電池装置全体で放電が許容される電力量である全体許容放電電力量を設定し、前記メイン二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量を用いずに前記全体許容放電電力量を設定する全体許容放電電力量設定手段と、
を備える電気自動車。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車であって、
前記全体許容放電電力量設定手段は、前記メイン二次電池および前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該メイン二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第1の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第2の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定し、前記メイン二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該メイン二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第2の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に値0を設定し、前記複数の二次電池の各々の前記許容放電電力量の和を前記全体許容放電電力量として設定する手段である、
電気自動車。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車であって、
前記電池装置は、前記第1の補助接続解除手段を介して前記メイン二次電池に接続されたメイン電池電圧系と前記電動機側の高電圧系との間で電圧の調整を伴って電力のやりとりを行なうメイン昇降圧回路と、前記第1の補助接続解除手段,前記第2の補助接続解除手段を介して前記第1の補助用二次電池,前記第2の補助用二次電池に接続された補助用電池電圧系と前記電動機側の高電圧系との間で電圧の調整を伴って電力のやりとりを行なう補助用昇降圧回路と、を有する装置であり、
前記電池装置制御手段は、前記メイン二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されて該メイン二次電池からの電力が前記電動機に供給されるよう前記メイン接続解除手段と前記メイン昇降圧回路とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されて前記第1の補助用二次電池からの電力が前記電動機に供給されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段と前記補助用昇降圧回路とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されて前記第2の補助用二次電池からの電力が前記電動機に供給されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段と前記補助用昇降圧回路を制御する手段である、
電気自動車。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車であって、
前記設定した全体許容放電電力量および/または該設定した全体許容放電電力量から得られる前記全体許容放電電力量により走行可能な距離を報知する情報報知手段、
を備える電気自動車。 - 走行用の動力を出力する電動機と、前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数の二次電池としてのメイン二次電池,第1の補助用二次電池,第2の補助用二次電池と前記メイン二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なうメイン接続解除手段と前記第1の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第2の補助接続解除手段とを有する電池装置と、システム停止の状態で外部電源に接続されて該外部電源からの電力を用いて前記複数の二次電池を充電する充電器と、を備える電気自動車における前記電池装置全体で放電が許容される電力量である全体許容放電電力量を設定する全体許容放電電力量設定方法であって、
(a)前記複数の二次電池のうち放電可能な電力量である蓄電量が所定蓄電量以下に至った二次電池を使用済二次電池として設定し、
(b)前記メイン二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記メイン接続解除手段を制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記第1の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御し、
(c)前記メイン二次電池および前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての放電が許容される電力量である許容放電電力量と前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いて前記全体許容放電電力量を設定し、前記メイン二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量を用いずに前記全体許容放電電力量を設定する、
電気自動車における全体許容放電電力量設定方法。 - 請求項7記載の電気自動車における全体許容放電電力量設定方法であって、
前記ステップ(c)は、前記メイン二次電池および前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該メイン二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第1の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第2の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定し、前記メイン二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該メイン二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に該第2の補助用二次電池の前記蓄電量と前記所定蓄電量との差を設定すると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量に値0を設定し、前記複数の二次電池の各々の前記許容放電電力量の和を前記全体許容放電電力量として設定するステップである、
電気自動車における全体許容放電電力量設定方法。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車であって、
前記電池装置制御手段は、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されるよう第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御する手段である、
電気自動車。 - 請求項9記載の電気自動車であって、
内燃機関と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち前記電動機側に接続されている二次電池と電力のやりとりが可能で動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、
前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記電動機から入出力される動力だけを用いて走行する電動走行と前記内燃機関から出力される動力と前記電動機から入出力される動力とを用いて走行するハイブリッド走行とのうち前記電動走行を優先して走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記電動走行と前記ハイブリッド走行とのうち前記ハイブリッド走行を優先して走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する駆動制御手段と、
を備える電気自動車。 - 電動機からの動力を用いて走行する電気自動車であって、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数の二次電池としてのメイン二次電池,第1の補助用二次電池,第2の補助用二次電池と、前記メイン二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なうメイン接続解除手段と、前記第1の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第1の補助接続解除手段と、前記第2の補助用二次電池の前記電動機側への接続および接続の解除を行なう第2の補助接続解除手段と、前記第1の補助接続解除手段を介して前記メイン二次電池に接続されたメイン電池電圧系と前記電動機側の高電圧系との間で電圧の調整を伴って電力のやりとりを行なうメイン昇降圧回路と、前記第1の補助接続解除手段,前記第2の補助接続解除手段を介して前記第1の補助用二次電池,前記第2の補助用二次電池に接続された補助用電池電圧系と前記電動機側の高電圧系との間で電圧の調整を伴って電力のやりとりを行なう補助用昇降圧回路と、を有する電池装置と、
システム停止の状態で外部電源に接続されて該外部電源からの電力を用いて前記複数の二次電池を充電する充電器と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち放電可能な電力量である蓄電量が所定蓄電量以下に至った二次電池を使用済二次電池として設定する使用済二次電池設定手段と、
前記メイン二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記メイン接続解除手段を制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記第1の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されると共に前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されるよう前記第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御する接続解除制御手段と、
前記メイン二次電池および前記第1の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての放電が許容される電力量である許容放電電力量と前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いて前記メイン電池電圧系から前記電動機側に供給する電力であるメイン側電力と前記補助用電池電圧系から前記電動機側に供給する電力である補助側電力との和に対する前記補助側電力の割合である分配比を設定し、前記メイン二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記電動機側に接続されているときには前記メイン二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量と前記第2の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量とを用いると共に前記第1の補助用二次電池についての前記許容放電電力量を用いずに前記分配比を設定し、前記高電圧系の電圧が目標電圧になると共に前記補助側電力が前記設定した分配比に応じた電力になるよう前記メイン昇降圧回路と前記補助用昇降圧回路とを制御する昇降圧回路制御手段と、
を備える電気自動車。 - 請求項11記載の電気自動車であって、
前記接続解除制御手段は、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池と前記電動機側との接続が解除されるよう第1の補助接続解除手段と前記第2の補助接続解除手段とを制御する手段である、
電気自動車。 - 請求項12記載の電気自動車であって、
内燃機関と、
前記複数の二次電池のうち前記電動機側に接続されている二次電池と電力のやりとりが可能で動力を入出力可能な発電機と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、
前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定される前は前記電動機から入出力される動力だけを用いて走行する電動走行と前記内燃機関から出力される動力と前記電動機から入出力される動力とを用いて走行するハイブリッド走行とのうち前記電動走行を優先して走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記第1の補助用二次電池および前記第2の補助用二次電池が前記使用済二次電池として設定された以降は前記電動走行と前記ハイブリッド走行とのうち前記ハイブリッド走行を優先して走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する駆動制御手段と、
を備える電気自動車。
