Claims (22)
- 太陽電池モジュールであって、
第1の裏側接点式太陽電池と、
第2の裏側接点式太陽電池と、
前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側を前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側に電気的に接続する相互接続部と、
前記相互接続部と前記第1及び第2の裏側接点式太陽電池との間に配置されたシールドと
を含み、
前記シールドは、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池と前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池との間の隙間を充填し、
前記シールドが、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側を押圧すると共に前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池間の空隙を充填する三次元体からなる、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記シールドがテープからなる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記シールドが前記相互接続部と一体の被覆からなる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部が、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側にある第1の接点を前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側にある第1の接点に電気的に接続する相互接続材料の第1のストリップを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部が、複数の張力緩和機構を有する単一の連続的な相互接続部からなる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部が、その本体から延びて前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側にある接点を前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側にある対応する接点に電気的に接続する複数のタブを含む、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の正面側に配置された第1の保護層を更に含み、前記第1の保護層が、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の前記正面側に太陽エネルギーが到達することを可能にするよう構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の保護層上の第2の保護層を更に含み、前記第2の保護層が、環境要素からの保護を行うよう構成されると共に、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池に太陽エネルギーが到達することを可能にする、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部上に配置された第3の保護層を更に含む、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の保護層及び前記第3の保護層がポリエチルビニルアセテート(EVA)からなり、前記第2の保護層がガラスからなる、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第3の保護層のうち前記相互接続部から離れる側にバックシートを更に含む、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記シールドは、前記相互接続部を視覚的に遮る材料からなる、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1つに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池モジュールであって、
第1の太陽電池と、
第2の太陽電池と、
前記第1の太陽電池の裏側を前記第2の太陽電池の裏側に電気的に接続する相互接続アセンブリであって、相互接続部及び相互接続部シールドを含む相互接続アセンブリと
を含み、
前記相互接続部シールドは、前記第1の太陽電池と前記第2の太陽電池との間の隙間を充填し、
前記相互接続部シールドは、前記第1の太陽電池及び前記第2の太陽電池の裏側を押圧すると共に前記第1の太陽電池及び前記第2の太陽電池間の空隙を充填する三次元体からなる太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記相互接続部が、前記第1の太陽電池及び前記第2の太陽電池の裏側にある接点に接触させるための複数のタブを有する単一の連続的な導電性材料片からなる、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部が、前記相互接続部に張力の緩和を提供するための複数のスリットを更に含む、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1及び第2の太陽電池の正面側上の第1のカプセル材料と、
前記第1及び第2の太陽電池の裏側上の第2のカプセル材料と、
前記第1のカプセル材料上に透明カバーと、
前記第2のカプセル材料上にバックシートと
を更に含む、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記相互接続部シールドが、前記第1の太陽電池と前記第2の太陽電池との間の空隙を充填して、前記第1の太陽電池及び前記第2の太陽電池間の間隔を調整する、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続部シールドは、前記第1の太陽電池及び前記第2の太陽電池の正面側から見た場合に前記相互接続部が見えないよう遮るように構成されている請求項13から請求項17のいずれか1つに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池モジュールであって、
第1の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側を第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側に電気的に接続するための相互接続手段と、
前記相互接続手段と前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池との間に配置されたシールド手段と
を含み、
前記シールド手段は、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池と前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池との間の隙間を充填し、
前記シールド手段は、前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側を押圧すると共に前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池及び前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池間の空隙を充填する三次元体からなる、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記シールド手段が、電気的に絶縁性の両面テープからなる、請求項19に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記相互接続手段が、前記第1及び第2の裏側接点式太陽電池の裏側にある接点に接触させるための複数のタブを有する単一の連続的な相互接続部からなる、請求項19に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の裏側接点式太陽電池と前記第2の裏側接点式太陽電池と間の空隙を介して前記相互接続手段を見ることができないように前記相互接続手段を覆う請求項19から請求項21のいずれか1つに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
