Claims (4)
- (a)貫通ホールが形成されたスリーブに、前記貫通ホールの片側を閉鎖するようにベースカバーを結合する段階と、
(b)前記貫通ホールにシャフトを挿入する段階と、
(c)前記シャフトにプレートを挿入して前記シャフトと前記プレートとを結合する段階と、
(d)前記シャフトに対して前記ベースカバーを押圧して支持した状態で、前記シャフトにハブを加圧して挿入し、前記シャフトと前記ハブとを結合する段階とを含み、
前記段階(d)は、前記ベースカバーが弾性変形するように所定の支持荷重を加える段階を含む
ことを特徴とするモータの製造方法。 - 前記支持荷重は、前記ベースカバーが前記シャフトに接触する変形量に対応した荷重であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの製造方法。
- 前記段階(c)と前記段階(d)との間に、前記プレートをカバーするように前記スリーブにキャップを結合する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のモータの製造方法。
- 前記段階(a)ないし前記段階(d)の間に、
前記スリーブと前記シャフトとの間の隙間及び前記シャフトと前記ベースカバーとの間の隙間に流体ベアリングを注入する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のモータの製造方法。
