Claims (5)
- 無機フィラーを含有した誘電体フィルム上にアルミニウムからなる金属蒸着電極を形成した一対の金属化フィルムを前記金属蒸着電極が誘電体フィルムを介して対向するように積層または巻回した素子と、前記素子の両端面に金属溶射によって形成されたメタリコン電極からなる金属化フィルムコンデンサにおいて、
前記一対の金属化フィルムの少なくとも一方の前記金属蒸着電極に分割電極部を設け、
前記分割電極部をヒューズ部で接続し、
前記ヒューズ部の幅aと、前記金属化フィルムの長手方向における前記分割電極部の長さbの比で示される蒸着パターンのパス率a/bを0.4%以上1.0%以下とし、
前記誘電体フィルムとしてポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリフェニレンサルファイト、ポリエチレンテレフタレートのいずれかを用いた、
金属化フィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記分割電極部を接続する前記ヒューズ部を、対向する前記金属化フィルムにおいて前記金属蒸着電極が存在する領域以外の領域に設けた、
請求項1に記載の金属化フィルムコンデンサ。 - 対向する前記金属化フィルムにおいて前記分割電極ならびに前記金属蒸着電極が存在する領域以外の領域に、前記分割電極ならびに前記金属蒸着電極の膜抵抗値よりも低い抵抗値となる低抵抗部を夫々設けた、
請求項1に記載の金属化フィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記素子として巻回形の偏平素子を用い、前記偏平素子の長径側をA、短径側をBとした偏平率A/Bが3.0以下である、
請求項1に記載の金属化フィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記偏平素子の巻芯の厚さを2mm以上とした、
請求項4に記載の金属化フィルムコンデンサ。
