Description
〔第1実施形態〕
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる蓄熱装置を備えた車両用暖機システムの構成例を示す概略図である。車両用暖機システム1は、蓄熱材20を有してなる蓄熱装置10と、エンジン30の冷却水(LLC)を蓄熱装置10および車内暖房装置44のヒータコア45へ循環させる冷却水循環路31と、自動変速機(AT)40の作動油(ATF)を蓄熱装置10へ循環させる作動油循環路41とを備えている。冷却水循環路31は、エンジン30に形成された水ジャケット(図示せず)から導出され、蓄熱装置10に連通し、蓄熱装置10の下流側でヒータコア45を通り、エンジン30の水ジャケットに再度導入されている。エンジン30に導入される直前位置には、冷却水ポンプ32が介装されている。冷却水ポンプ32は、エンジン30のクランク軸(図示せず)の回転に連動して駆動するようになっている。また、作動油循環路41には、作動油を流通させる作動油ポンプ(電動ポンプ)42と、作動油の温度を検出する油温センサ43が設置されている。蓄熱装置10は、詳細な構成は後述するが、冷却水循環路31に連通する第一室15と、蓄熱材20を配設した第二室16と、作動油循環路41に連通する第三室17とを備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態にかかる車両用暖機システムについて説明する。なお、第2実施形態の説明及び対応する図面においては、第1実施形態と同一又は相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付し、以下ではその部分の詳細な説明は省略する。また、以下で説明する事項以外の事項、及び図示する以外の事項については、第1実施形態と同じである。

Claims (5)
- 蓄熱要素を有する蓄熱装置と、内燃機関の冷却水を前記蓄熱装置へ循環させる冷却水循環路と、変速機の作動油を前記蓄熱装置へ循環させる作動油循環路と、を備え、
前記蓄熱装置は、前記冷却水循環路に連通する第一室と、前記蓄熱要素を配設した第二室と、前記作動油循環路に連通する第三室とを有し、
前記第二室と前記第三室とが隣接し、かつ、前記第三室と前記第一室とが隣接しており、
前記第一室の冷却水と前記第二室の蓄熱要素と前記第三室の作動油の間で熱交換を行えるようにしたことを特徴とする車両用暖機システム。 - 前記冷却水循環路における前記蓄熱装置の下流側に、前記冷却水の熱を利用して車内を暖房する暖房装置のヒータコアが配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用暖機システム。
- 前記蓄熱装置は、車内を暖房する暖房装置のヒータコアと一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用暖機システム。
- 前記蓄熱要素は、過冷却状態で蓄熱が可能な潜熱蓄熱材からなり、
前記蓄熱装置は、前記蓄熱要素の過冷却状態を解除する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の車両用暖機システム。 - 前記蓄熱要素は、化学変化による熱の吸収・放出が可能な化学蓄熱材からなり、
前記蓄熱装置は、前記蓄熱要素に化学変化を生じさせる手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の車両用暖機システム。
