Claims (3)
- 略筒状のケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの先端側に設けられ、酸素濃度を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部に接続され、ケーシングの根元側から外方に導出される複数のリード線と、
前記ケーシングの根元側端部に内装され、前記リード線を貫通させるシールラバーと、
を備える酸素センサにおいて、
前記複数のリード線は、前記シールラバーの軸方向に垂直な断面を前記複数のリード線の本数と同数に等分割した各分割部分の重心となる位置に配置し、かつ、
前記リード線の断面積をシールラバーの断面積の10%〜50%としたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。 - 前記リード線に含まれる金属導体からなる芯線の断面積をリード線の断面積の40%以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素センサ。
- 前記芯線の50重量%以上を熱伝導率が300W/(m・K)以上の金属材料で構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の酸素センサ。
