Claims (5)
- 廃棄物から有価金属を含有した残渣物を回収する廃棄物処理システムであって,
廃棄物を燃焼させる,回転するキルン本体を備えたロータリーキルン装置と,
前記ロータリーキルン装置において発生したガスを900℃以上で燃焼させる二次燃焼装置と,
前記二次燃焼装置において燃焼させたガスを900℃以上から180℃以下まで,ダイオキシン類の再合成が生じない冷却速度で冷却させる急冷装置とを備え,
前記ロータリーキルン装置は,前記キルン本体を支持する支持架台と,前記支持架台を回転可能に支持する中心軸と,前記支持架台を昇降させる昇降機構と,
前記キルン本体の傾斜角度の調整を停止させた状態において前記支持架台を固定させる固定用機構とを備え,
前記固定用機構は,前記支持架台の下方に基台を配置し,前記基台に設けられた第1の保持孔と,前記支持架台に設けられた第2の保持孔とを接続するように挿入したボルトを,ナットにより前記第1の保持孔および前記第2の保持孔の周縁部を上下から挟み込むようにして固定する構成であり,
前記支持架台が前記中心軸を中心として回転しながら,前記昇降機構によって昇降させられることにより,前記キルン本体の傾斜角度が調整され,
前記急冷装置は,ガスを冷却させる冷却室と,前記冷却室の天井面からガスを導入するガス導入口と,前記ガス導入口から導入されるガスが旋回しながら前記冷却室に向かうように整流する整流板とを備え,
前記冷却室の天井面は,下方に向かうに従い径が大きくなる円錐台面状に形成されていることを特徴とする,廃棄物処理システム。 - 前記ロータリーキルン装置のキルン本体内の温度を測定する温度計を,前記キルン本体の長さ方向に複数並べて備えたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理システム。
- 前記二次燃焼装置の炉本体内に空気を供給する複数の空気供給口を設け,
前記空気の供給流量を可変としたことを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物処理システム。 - 前記残渣物を水中に浸漬させる水封式コンベア装置を備えたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄物処理システム。
- 前記廃棄物は電子廃棄物であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物処理システム。
