Claims (3)
- 銅、金、白金などの有価金属を含む電子部品などから回収されて所定の大きさに粉砕された貴金属スクラップをフリーエアの侵入を防止しつつ第一の燃焼炉内の温度を600〜700℃、空気比0.4以下で少なくとも1時間以上保持することにより熱分解させてガス化し、ガス化した後の残渣である炭素質主体のガス化減容物を前記第一の燃焼炉に連設された第二の燃焼炉で焼却して、その焼却灰を有価金属含有滓として所定温度に冷却した後回収すると共に、ガス化した可燃性の熱分解ガスを第三の燃焼炉で完全燃焼させることを特徴とする貴金属スクラップの処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の貴金属スクラップの処理方法において、
前記第一の燃焼炉で発生した可燃性の熱分解ガスを前記第二の燃焼炉で前記ガス化減容物を焼却した際に発生する燃焼排ガスと共に前記第三の燃焼炉へ誘導して900℃以上の温度で完全燃焼させ、さらに、燃焼後の排ガスを急冷塔に誘導して80℃以下に急冷することによりダイオキシン等の有害物を確実に分解し、その再合成を抑止することを特徴とする貴金属スクラップの処理方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の貴金属スクラップの処理方法において、
前記第二の燃焼炉で焼却処理された貴金属スクラップの焼却灰を有価金属含有滓として回収するための回収ボックス内で当該焼却灰を100℃以下に冷却することにより、前記焼却灰を回収する際に当該焼却灰に残存する可燃性の熱分解ガスが発火することを防止したことを特徴とする貴金属スクラップの処理方法。
