Claims (4)
- 変速機構から出力される駆動力を主駆動輪と従駆動輪とに分配する動力伝達装置であって、
前記変速機構と前記主駆動輪との間に設けられ、前記主駆動輪に駆動力を伝達する主駆動側出力軸と、
前記変速機構と前記従駆動輪との間に設けられ、前記従駆動輪に駆動力を伝達する従駆動側出力軸と、
前記変速機構と前記従駆動側出力軸との間に設けられ、前記従駆動輪に分配される駆動力を制御する摩擦クラッチ機構と、
前記主駆動側出力軸の回転状態に基づいて、前記主駆動側出力軸の振動状態を判定する振動判定手段と、
前記主駆動側出力軸の振動状態に基づいて、前記摩擦クラッチ機構の締結力を低下させるクラッチ制御手段とを有し、
前記摩擦クラッチ機構は、デューティ制御弁を介して調圧された作動油によって締結力が調整される油圧クラッチ機構であり、
前記振動判定手段は、前記主駆動側出力軸の回転状態に基づき前記主駆動側出力軸の振動周波数を演算し、
前記クラッチ制御手段は、前記デューティ制御弁の駆動周波数に基づき設定される所定範囲に前記主駆動側出力軸の振動周波数が収束したときに、前記摩擦クラッチ機構の締結力を低下させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記主駆動側出力軸の回転数を検出する主駆動側回転センサと、
前記従駆動側出力軸の回転数を検出する従駆動側回転センサとを有し、
前記クラッチ制御手段は、前記主駆動側出力軸と前記従駆動側出力軸との回転数差が所定値を上回った状態のもとで、前記主駆動側出力軸の振動状態に基づき前記摩擦クラッチ機構の締結力を低下させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の動力伝達装置において、
駆動源と前記変速機構との間に設けられ、前記駆動源から前記変速機構に駆動力を伝達するトルクコンバータと、
前記トルクコンバータの入力側回転数を検出する入力側回転センサと、
前記トルクコンバータの出力側回転数を検出する出力側回転センサとを有し、
前記クラッチ制御手段は、前記入力側回転数と前記出力側回転数との回転数差が所定値を下回った状態のもとで、前記主駆動側出力軸の振動状態に基づき前記摩擦クラッチ機構の締結力を低下させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
運転者の加速要求を検出する加速要求検出手段を有し、
前記クラッチ制御手段は、運転者の加速要求が所定値を下回った状態のもとで、前記主駆動側出力軸の振動状態に基づき前記摩擦クラッチ機構の締結力を低下させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
