Claims (5)
- 自動ニュートラル機能を有する自動変速機を搭載したパートタイム式全輪駆動車のパワートレインの制御装置において、
エンジンから自動変速機を構成する変速機構に伝達される駆動力を調節する自動ニュートラルクラッチと、
前記自動変速機を構成する変速機構から従駆動輪側の駆動系に伝達される駆動力を調節するトランスファクラッチと、
所定の自動ニュートラル制御条件が成立した場合に、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチを解放する自動ニュートラルクラッチ制御手段と、
車両の運転状態に基づいて、前記トランスファクラッチの締結力を制御するトランスファクラッチ制御手段と、を備え、
前記トランスファクラッチ制御手段は、自動ニュートラル制御から復帰する際に、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結が開始されてから締結が完了するまでの間に、前記トランスファクラッチを一旦解放した後、再締結することを特徴とするパワートレインの制御装置。 - 前記トランスファクラッチ制御手段は、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結が開始され、前記変速機構側への駆動力伝達が可能になるまでに、前記トランスファクラッチを解放し、前記変速機構側への駆動力伝達が可能になった後、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結が完了するまでに、前記トランスファクラッチの締結を完了させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレインの制御装置。
- 前記トランスファクラッチ制御手段は、前記トランスファクラッチのトルク容量が略ゼロの状態になるまでは、応答可能な最大の傾きで前記トランスファクラッチの解放を行い、その後は、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチがトルク容量を持つまでにトランスファクラッチトルクを抜くことができる傾きの内で最も緩い傾きで、前記トランスファクラッチの解放を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパワートレインの制御装置。
- 前記自動ニュートラルクラッチ制御手段は、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結途中に、前記エンジンと前記自動ニュートラルクラッチとの間に配設されたトルクコンバータを構成するタービンライナの回転数が所定値以下になったときに、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結圧を上昇させる傾きを緩やかにすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパワートレインの制御装置。
- 前記トランスファクラッチ制御手段は、前記自動ニュートラルクラッチの締結途中に、前記トルクコンバータを構成するタービンライナの回転数が前記所定値以下になった後に、前記トランスファクラッチの締結を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパワートレインの制御装置。
