Claims (7)
- 駆動力源とトルク伝達可能に接続されたドライブギヤと、
前記ドライブギヤと歯合し、主駆動輪との間でトルクを伝達する主駆動輪車軸、及び、従駆動輪との間でトルクを伝達する従駆動輪車軸それぞれとトルク伝達可能に接続されたドリブンギヤと、
前記ドリブンギヤと前記従駆動輪車軸との間に介装され、従駆動輪に伝達されるトルクを調節するトランスファクラッチと、備える全輪駆動車の制御装置において、
前記ドライブギヤに係るトルクが略ゼロになる第1条件が成立しているか否かを判断する第1判断手段と、
前記トランスファクラッチに油圧が付与され、かつ、前記ドリブンギヤに係るトルクが略ゼロになる第2条件が成立しているか否かを判断する第2判断手段と、
前記第1条件が成立するとともに、前記第2条件が成立していると判断された場合に、前記ドライブギヤ又はドリブンギヤに係るトルクを可変するようにトルク可変手段を制御する制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とする全輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記トルク可変手段は、前記駆動力源と前記ドライブギヤとの間に設けられ、フォワードクラッチとリバースブレーキとを有し、該フォワードクラッチとリバースブレーキそれぞれの締結状態に応じて、前進状態と後進状態とを切り替える前後進切替機構であり、
前記制御手段は、前記第1条件が成立するとともに、前記第2条件が成立していると判断された場合に、前記前後進切替機構を構成するリバースブレーキに油圧をかけることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記第2判断手段は、アクセル開度が所定開度以下のコースティング状態であり、かつ、前記トランスファクラッチの前後差回転が所定回転数以上である場合に、前記第2条件が成立していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 前記第2判断手段は、アクセル開度が所定開度以下のコースティング状態であり、かつ、主駆動輪と従駆動輪の差回転が所定回転数以上である場合に、前記第2条件が成立していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 前記第2判断手段は、アクセル開度が所定開度以下のコースティング状態であり、かつ、ステアリングホイールの操舵角が所定角度以上である場合に、前記第2条件が成立していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 前記第1判断手段は、前記駆動力源と前記ドライブギヤとの間に設けられたトルクコンバータの入力側と出力側の回転数の偏差が所定回転数以下である場合に、前記第1条件が成立していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 前記第1判断手段は、前記駆動力源の出力トルクと、車速及び操舵角に応じて求められる内部循環トルクとの加算値が所定値以下の場合に、前記第1条件が成立していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全輪駆動車の制御装置。
