Claims (4)
- 交換可能な研磨盤(6)、研磨ベルト付き研磨ドラムまたはそれらと同等物を備えるモータ駆動研磨装置(65)から成る、硬質の表面を研磨するための装置において、
前記研磨装置(65)は変位装置(10)によって可動とされ、その変位装置(10)は前記研磨装置(65)の保持要素(11、61)およびその保持要素(61)をXYZ方向に移動させる案内棒または案内シャフト(62、70、71)を有し、
前記研磨装置(65)はX、Y、Z方向に可動とされ、案内シャフト(62)がX方向に設けられ且つ相互に平行な2つの案内棒(70、71)がY方向に設けられ、前記研磨装置(65)はそれら2つの案内棒(70、71)の間に突出するように配置され、
前記研磨盤(6)は、駆動軸(68)と、前記研磨盤(6)の上方に配置されたピボット軸受(64)により駆動軸に取り付けられたモータ(66)と共にシリンダ・ハウジング(75)に回動自在に取り付けられ、それによって、送りの方向により垂直位置から僅少角度傾けられることが可能であり、XまたはY方向に回動可能であり、それによって送りの方向が双方向に起こることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記研磨装置(65)は、第1に、前記案内棒(71)上の保持要素(61)を介して長手方向に動くように取り付けられ、且つ第2に、前記案内棒(70)上のランニング・ホイール(63)を介して案内されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記案内棒(71)に一緒にされた支持体(77)が設けられ、その支持体は前記研磨装置(65)に固定されたケーブル・プル(78)に連結され、このケーブル・プル(78)は前記研磨装置(65)の背後に導かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持体(77)は、ケーブル・プル付きガス圧力ばねまたは引張/圧力ばねとされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
