技术领域
本发明涉及一种用以磨光硬表面、特别是玻璃表面的装置。
背景技术
损坏的表面、例如刮伤的玻璃表面或具有腐蚀的表面、钙化表面、渗碳表面等众所周知可以用一磨光装置来修理。修理分多级实现(磨光、精磨、抛光、高度抛光),为此使用可更换的砂轮。磨光装置由手操纵,这特别在大面积的情况下是很费力的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种开头所述型式的装置,其简化损坏的表面的修理并且即使在大面积的使用的情况下,在安装状态下的单个玻璃或组合玻璃的两面上,在几乎任何应用情况中也能够实现极精密的加工。
按照本发明该目的如此实现,本发明的用于磨光硬表面的装置包括一由电机驱动的磨光装置,所述磨光装置包括可更换的砂轮或具有砂纸带的磨光辊,所述磨光装置能够借助于一调节装置移动,其中调节装置具有一用于磨光装置的支架和用于支架沿XYZ方向移动的导向元件。根据本发明规定,导向元件包括一平行于待加工的表面延伸的导向轴和一成直角相对于该导向轴定向的导向杆,该导向杆一方面以一端与一在导向轴上可纵向移动设置的导向套筒相连接,而另一方面经由至少一个滚轮支承在待加工的表面上,其中支架与一在导向杆上可纵向移动地设置的第一导向元件连接。
本发明的装置能够简单和精密地修理硬表面如陶瓷表面、大理石表面、花岗石表面和特别是几乎所有制造及精制质量的玻璃表面、有机玻璃和合成玻璃,其中即使大面积的表面(窗、正面、橱窗、面板、墙壁、天花板、屋顶、暖房等)的情况下也确保精密性。装置在现场的机动性是其优点。但其也很有利地适用于固定的使用。

具体实施方式
图1和2中示出一装置1用以磨光硬表面、特别是玻璃表面。待加工的是例如一橱窗玻璃板、一房屋的窗玻璃板、一玻璃门或一隔墙等的表面2(图2)。装置1可以定位在一工作台上或也可直接定位在待加工的表面2上,如图中所示。借助于抽吸按钮3、4可以将装置1直接或贴近地不仅安装在水平的表面2上而且安装在其它定向的表面2上,例如安装在垂直延伸的窗玻璃板上。
装置1包括一旋转连接于一驱动电机5′的磨光装置5,磨光装置包括可更换的砂轮6,其按照本发明不由手而借助于一调节装置10可二维移动,其中调节装置10具有一用于磨光装置5的支架11和以下描述的用于支架11沿XY方向移动的各导向元件。
用于支架11移动的导向元件包括一导向轴12,该导向轴可以经由一在至少一端上设置的找平螺钉13处于一精确平行于待加工的表面2的位置。为找平螺钉13配置一抽吸按钮14。螺母13a连接于抽吸按钮或另一用于定位的装置以便固定装置1。导向轴12的另一端简化示出,但同样可以经由相同的元件13、13a、14支承在待加工的表面2上。
同时可设想另一种支架,其代替一螺钉找平机构包括一可调节的转动或螺旋机构。
在导向轴12上纵向可移动地(方向X)设置一导向套筒18,在其上安装一支架19用于相对于导向轴12垂直定向的导向杆20。在导向杆20上设置一沿导向杆20的纵向方向Y可移动的、在图1和3中明显可见的滚轮支架21,其设有两个滚轮22、23以便将导向杆20支承在待加工的表面2上。滚轮22、23的轴平行于导向杆20的纵向方向Y定向。完全还可设想经由一唯一的滚轮或一类似的平行机构的支承。但所示的方案关于一稳定的和保护的支承是特别有利的。滚轮支架位置在导向杆上的调节按待加工的表面的尺寸调准并且以一未更详细示出的方式固定(例如借助于固定圈或定位手柄)。
在滚轮支架21与支架19之间的区域内在导向杆20上设置一在导向杆20的纵向方向Y上可移动的导向元件25,其与已提到的磨光装置5的支架11相连接。导向元件25又可借助于至少一个未更详细示出的固定圈或一例如包括一伺服电机和螺杆的调整机构固定在一确定的Y位置,然后使磨光装置5通过整个导向杆20连同在导向轴12上引导的导向套筒18由手,可设想地由机械的驱动,沿方向X移动。在导向杆20上,其可偏转地固定于连接于导向套筒18的支架19中,旋转固定地设置一摆臂27(图1),其支承两个沿X方向在导向杆20的两侧设置的滚轮28、29,其中一个支承在导向轴12的上侧面上而另一个支承在其下侧面上(参见特别是图2),从而使导向杆20和还与其一起的支架11保持在一确定的由图2中可见的转动位置并沿X方向导向,在该位置砂轮6与表面2嵌接。此时将砂轮6保持在一相对表面2的(尽可能小的)偏角下,如图中稍微夸大地示出的。
砂轮6的尺寸(直径)是可变的并且由待加工的表面的尺寸和特性决定。
为了限定X运动或沿方向X的磨光长度,在导向轴12上设置两个停止套筒32、34并固定在一确定的位置,停止套筒分别设有一倾斜的推力面31或33用于相应的摆臂的滚轮28或29。原则上这些推力面也可以具有可替换的曲线形状,其按光折射定律确定,以便导致磨光装置的位移摆动的受控的走向。
如果使支架11与磨光装置5按图1和2向左移动,则在该运动的终端上滚轮28撞到停止套筒32的推力面31上,因此导向杆20与支架11在支架19中偏转并且将磨光装置5从表面2上相应控制地抬高。当支架11与磨光装置5按图1和2向右移动时,下滚轮29撞到停止套筒34的下推力面33上,出现同样的情况。
在沿X方向的各个运动之间逐步地实现支架11沿Y方向的位移。
磨光装置沿X和Y方向的运动可以交替地和按选择地实施。以此可达到一表面优化的磨光外貌。
一损坏的表面、例如一刮伤的玻璃表面的修理一般分多级实现(例如刮痕的清除磨光、精磨、抛光、高度抛光),为此使用不同的砂轮。为了替换砂轮6,连接于导向套筒18的导向杆20可以绕导向轴12的纵轴线偏转并远离表面2抬高磨光装置5。
磨光装置的支架11沿调节装置10的导向元件12、18或20、25的二维XY运动可以手工来实现或也可以例如借助于进给电机(图中未示出)受控地实施。
本发明的装置1能够简单和精密地修理硬表面如陶瓷表面、大理石表面、花岗石表面和特别是玻璃表面,其中即使在大的表面(窗、正面、橱窗等)也确保精密性(导向轴12可以为约3m长或优选构成伸缩式的)。装置在现场的机动性是其特别的优点。可以将装置迅速地安装在待加工的表面上(经由抽吸按钮3、4,其以有利的方式位于待加工的区域之外),并且可以通过导向轴12或停止套筒32、33的调节和通过滚轮21在导向杆20上的定位确定要求的XY运动的范围。导向杆20可以同样构成伸缩式的。
图1和图2中还另外以虚线示出砂轮的一位置6′。以此砂轮也可以设置在导向杆20对置的另一侧上,这可能是必需的,根据刮痕到窗框的间距。由此于是也必须使各滚轮处于相应的位置28′、29′并且相应地定位支架11,这未更详细示出。
代替包括砂轮的磨光装置,基本上也可采用包括具有连续的砂纸带40的磨光辊的磨光装置,如其在图4和图5中简化示出的。然后使该绕辊41、42张紧的砂纸带40利用按图1和图2的装置以与砂轮类似的方式沿待加工的表面运动并且在终端相应地上抬。
整个磨光装置在本发明的范围内也可以与固定它的导向元件20一起设置在导向轴10的对置侧。装置还可以转动360°安装在任何位置。
图6至图8示出一装置的另一方案,其包括一在一调节装置上引导的磨光装置65,其中在后者上可安装一电机66,其具有一方形的电机轴67,电机轴可旋转连接于一与砂轮6在其末端连接的驱动轴68。
磨光装置65再次可沿X和Y方向移动,为此设置一X方向的导向轴62并且不同于按图1的方案设置两个相互平行延伸的Y方向的导向杆70、71。磨光装置65在该两导向杆70、71之间穿过设置并且一方面经由一支架61可纵向移动地支承在导向杆71上而另一方面经由一滚轮63在导向杆70上导向。
导向杆70、71按图8以一端固定在一支座69′上。在支座69′中的一导向套筒69中支承导向轴62,其与这些导向杆成直角设置。这些导向杆70、71在另一端可经由至少一个滚轮72以一滚轮支架72′支承在待加工的表面上。不同于该滚轮支架72′,在该端上一类似的轴承同样可以经由一类似于支座69′的支座安装。
砂轮6与在一贯通的套筒58中支承的驱动轴68以及在其上安装的电机66一起通过一在砂轮6的上方设置的关节轴承64可转动地支承于一包括支架61的圆柱壳体75中,以此其按照进给方向可相对垂直的位置倾斜少许角度,亦即使其优选可向X或Y方向偏转,从而可在两方向实现进给方向,而按图1的装置只允许沿X方向的进给方向,因为砂轮6的转动只设置在该方向的一个平面内。由此不仅沿X方向而且沿Y方向有利地实施待磨光的表面的加工,因此产生一更好的磨光外貌。
砂轮6与电机66和包括关节轴承64的可转动的驱动轴68一起可以沿一Z方向移动入支架61中。为此在导向壳体75中可纵向调节地设置一连接于滚轮63的轴99的导向套筒98。在导向套筒98的下端在内侧固定关节轴承64。由此达到,砂轮的每一运动方向X、Y和Z,以及可自由选择的摆动-转动运动,可单个和分开加以调节、控制和同时操作。
为了砂轮6向导向杆70、71的方向的偏转,将砂轮6连同其驱动轴68和同样电机66在一平行于导向杆70、71延伸的平面、亦即垂直于按图6的图平面内转动。借助于一螺钉夹紧装置85可再次固定驱动轴68,即通过在电机侧旋转一连接于一手柄杆86的螺母套筒87并将其拧接到一具有球形表面88′的、在圆柱壳体75中固定的套筒88中。
支承磨光装置65的滚轮63有时用于从待加工的表面上抬高砂轮6,如这在图6和图8中显而可见的。相应地将在导向杆70上可调节的斜面91、92通过一固定杆91′锁定在一要求的位置。如果现在使磨光装置65在其手柄76上由手例如向斜面91那边移动,则将磨光装置65和与其一起将砂轮6在滚轮63进入导向套筒98中时沿Z方向提升。该滚轮63可调地设置在圆柱壳体75上,使其至少可以固定在一位错90°的位置,如其在图6中用虚线所示的滚轮63′表示的。
此外仍按图6设置一结合于导向杆71中的卸重77(Gewichtsentlastung)。其与一在磨光装置65上固定的电缆牵引装置(Kabelzug)78(图8)相连接,其中该电缆牵引装置78一直引到导向杆71的上端并绕一未更详细示出的导向轮返回磨光装置65。该卸重77有利地构成为一具有一绳索牵引装置(Seilzug)的气压弹簧。但其也可以设置成为拉伸和压缩弹簧。
图7中还示出在圆柱壳体75的两侧的固定按钮79。它们可从外面操纵并且借其能够实现导向套筒98并从而驱动轴98在圆柱壳体75中的可拆卸固定,亦即在拆卸砂轮以后可将驱动轴与电机一起取走。
按照图8至图10在支座69′的背面上设置一在箱83中的摆动装置80用于将砂轮6上升或下降至待加工的表面上,如果该砂轮沿导向轴62实现沿X方向的进给运动的话。该摆动装置80具有一摆臂84,其绕一确定的角度α可向一侧或另一侧摆动。该摆臂84旋转连接于扇形齿轮81,其本身与一在导向杆70上同轴固定的齿轮82相啮合。在支座69′移动至一在导向轴62上借助于螺钉91′、92′锁定的终端挡块91、92时,使摆臂84从一倾斜位置向另一倾斜位置84′、84″摆动并且扇形齿轮81、齿轮82和导向轴70随其一起转动。导向轴70本身按图7或图10转动一在其上安装的偏心轮95,该偏心轮使一在偏心轮95的圆周上滚动的滚轮96以及与其一起使驱动轴68并从而砂轮6沿Z方向移动,因为该滚轮96支承在一在圆柱壳体75上固定的臂97上。在图7中该滚轮位错90°或180°设置,但这未示出。以此在磨光装置65沿X方向来回移动时确保砂轮6的上升和下降。此外仍设置一在支架61上旋转支承的导向轮59,其嵌入导向杆70的一纵向槽中。
在所示的摆臂84的垂直向下的初始位置,其可在另一方向(Y)上工作。
导向轴62可经由抽吸按钮3、4,类似于图1中所示,固定在待加工的玻璃板上,其中这些抽吸按钮按照应用两者都在外面支承在导向轴62上,或一个在外面而另一个接近支承在中间并且导向套筒支承在该导向轴的另一侧上,从而导向套筒可一直移到接近该导向轴的末端。这些设定成所谓吸盘块的、普遍可固定在所有相对于装置的位置上的抽吸按钮3、4的尺寸确定成使其即使在一窗玻璃板等上磨光时也确保装置的足够的固定力。
一手轮92与一在支座69′中同轴设置的螺栓93相连接,借助于它该支座69′可固定在导向轴上,由此在沿Y方向加工时不发生X方向的运动。此外还设置一夹紧杆94用以固定电机66。其他的优点是,分别可固定一具有不同的尺寸和功率的电机。通过玻璃特性、待加工的表面的尺寸和使用的砂轮6的直径预定电机尺寸的选择。
待加工的表面至导向轴的间距可可变地调节,使吸盘可固定在一不同于加工平面的平面上,例如在玻璃门、橱窗框架的搭接部、火车皮中的车厢的搭接部中。
当然也可以磨光不同于平面的表面,例如在现代的火车列车或电车中。在这种情况下可以将装置固定放置在一这样的车辆的停放位置并通过转动运动等定位在待处理的窗上。通过砂轮的可摆动的设置砂轮可以在进给运动过程中按照玻璃板的形状上升或下降。
此外装置通过相应的机构还可以自动化或半自动地操作。这取决于,如以上所述,为了砂轮的进给例如设置适当的旋转轴和受控的驱动电机。
Claims (7)
1.用于磨光硬表面的装置,包括一由电机驱动的磨光装置(5),所述磨光装置包括可更换的砂轮(6)或具有砂纸带的磨光辊,所述磨光装置(5)能够借助于一调节装置(10)移动,其中调节装置(10)具有一用于磨光装置(5)的第一支架(11)和用于第一支架(11)沿XYZ方向移动的导向元件,其特征在于,导向元件包括一平行于待加工的表面(2)延伸的导向轴(12)和一成直角相对于该导向轴(12)定向的导向杆(20),该导向杆(20)一方面以一端与一在导向轴(12)上可纵向移动设置的导向套筒(18)相连接,而另一方面经由至少一个第一滚轮(22、23)支承在待加工的表面(2)上,其中所述用于磨光装置的第一支架(11)与一在导向杆(20)上可纵向移动地设置的第一导向元件(25)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,导向轴(12)经由抽吸按钮(3、4)固定在待加工的表面(2)上并且经由至少一个找平螺钉(13)处于平行于所述待加工的表面(2)延伸的位置。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,为了更换砂轮(6)或磨光辊,与在导向轴(12)上设置的导向套筒(18)连接的所述导向杆(20)能够绕导向轴(12)的纵轴线偏转。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在导向杆(20)上设置一在导向杆(20)的纵向方向上可移动的滚轮支架(21),该滚轮支架设有两个所述第一滚轮(22、23)用以将导向杆(20)支承在所述待加工的表面(2)上,所述第一滚轮的轴线平行于导向杆(20)的纵向方向定向。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,导向杆(20)可偏转地固定于一在导向套筒(18)上固定的第二支架(19)中并且旋转固定地连接于一摆臂(27),该摆臂(27)支承两个在导向杆(20)两侧设置的第二滚轮(28、29),其中一个第二滚轮支承在导向轴(12)的上侧面上而另一个第二滚轮支承在导向轴的下侧面上,并且在此将导向杆(20)并从而也将所述用于磨光装置(5)的第一支架(11)保持在一确定的转动位置,在该转动位置,砂轮(6)或磨光辊与待加工的表面(2)接触,其中在导向轴(12)上固定两个停止套筒(32、34),所述停止套筒分别设有一倾斜的推力面(31、33)用于相应的摆臂的第二滚轮(28、29),经由该第二滚轮(28、29),摆臂(27)以及导向杆(20)可偏转并能够使砂轮(6)或磨光辊脱离与待加工的表面(2)的接触。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用于磨光装置(5)的第一支架(11)的借助于调节装置(10)实现的二维XY向运动手工或借助于进给电机受控地实施。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述硬表面是玻璃表面。
