Claims (14)
- 剪断力及び/又はキャビテーションを生成することにより液体を混合するための装置であって、前記装置は重力底部を有し、かつ
少なくとも1つの注入口と、
入り口を含み、前記少なくとも1つの注入口と液体連通している混合チャンバと、
中にオリフィスを有し、前記装置の内部において前記混合チャンバの前記入り口に隣接して位置する要素であって、前記オリフィスは、液体を噴流で吹き付け、前記液体中に剪断力又はキャビテーションを生成するよう構成されており、幅及び高さを有する要素と、
前記混合チャンバと液体連通して、前記液体中の剪断力又はキャビテーションの生成後に前記液体を放出する少なくとも1つの排出口と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの排出口は、前記混合チャンバの少なくとも一部の下流に位置し、前記装置は、前記装置の前記重力底部上に前記混合チャンバを排液するための少なくとも1つの排液管を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの排液管が、前記液体中の剪断力又はキャビテーションの生成後に液体を放出する追加の排出口としても機能する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記オリフィスを中に有する前記要素に相対して配置されたブレードを前記混合チャンバ内に更に備え、前記ブレードは2つの相対する表面と、先導縁と、追従縁と、前記先導縁の先端と、を有し、前記先端は、前記オリフィスに最も近接して配置された前記ブレードの部分であり、前記ブレードを前記装置内に保持するブレードホルダーを備え、前記ブレードホルダーは前記オリフィスに関連して可動であり、それにより前記ブレードの前記先端と前記オリフィスとの間の距離を変更することができる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの注入口と前記オリフィスとの間に位置する上流混合チャンバと、前記上流混合チャンバと液体連通している前記装置の前記重力底部上の第2の排液管と、を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの排出口が、前記下流混合チャンバと液体連通している排出口/フラッシュ注入口の組み合わせを含み、前記第2の排液管が、前記排出口/フラッシュ注入口の組み合わせと接続可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの注入口が、軸方向に配向された第1の注入口を含み、前記第1の注入口は前記上流混合チャンバ内に至り、
前記装置が、
前記上流混合チャンバ内に至る径方向に配向された第2の注入口を更に備え、
前記第2の排液管が注入口/排液管の組み合わせを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記混合チャンバを含む内部を有し、前記装置の前記内部が実質的にいかなるすきまも有さずに、液体が前記装置を通って流れる際の前記装置の前記内部内での物質の蓄積を最小限にする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレードホルダーが先導部分を有し、前記先導部分は、前記ブレードホルダーの他の部分よりも前記オフィリスに近接して配置される前記ブレードホルダーの部分であり、前記ブレードホルダーの前記先導部分を通って少なくとも1つの断面が存在し、前記少なくとも1つの断面における前記ブレードホルダーの前記先導部分は高さ及び幅を有し、前記断面における前記ブレードホルダーの前記先導部分の幅が前記断面における高さよりも大きい、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレードが、前記ブレードの先導縁内に少なくとも1つの切り欠きを有する、請求項3又は請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の注入口が、そこから液体が放出され得る開放下流末端部を有し、前記装置が、上流末端部、下流末端部、及び内部に液体通路を画定する内部壁を有するチャネル部分を更に備え、前記チャネル部分の前記内部壁にはテーパが付けられ、それにより前記内部壁はその上流末端部において互いにより離れて離間され、次に前記チャネル部分の前記下流末端部が接近するにつれて互いにより接近し、前記チャネル部分の前記テーパ部分は、前記第2の注入口の下流の、前記第1の注入口の前記開放下流末端部の上流に位置する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 液体を剪断力及び/又はキャビテーションを生成することにより液体を混合するための装置であって、前記装置は長手方向軸を有し、かつ
上流部分、下流部分、内部、及び内部壁を有する上流混合チャンバと、
液体が長手方向に流れるように前記液体を前記装置内に導入するように構成された注入器であって、前記上流混合チャンバの内部に配置された放出末端部を有する注入器と、
前記上流混合チャンバと液体連通している少なくとも1つの注入口であって、中心線を有し、かつ前記装置の前記長手方向軸に対して一定の角度で前記上流混合チャンバ内に液体を導入するよう構成された少なくとも1つの注入口と、
入り口及び排出口を含み、前記上流混合チャンバと液体連通している混合チャンバと、
中にオリフィスを有し、前記装置の内部において前記混合チャンバの前記入り口に隣接して位置する要素であって、前記オリフィスは、液体を噴流で吹き付け、前記液体中に剪断力又はキャビテーションを生成するよう構成されている要素と、
を備え、
前記上流混合チャンバが、前記少なくとも1つの注入口の前記中心線にて測定された直径を有し、前記上流混合チャンバが、前記少なくとも1つの注入口の下流に位置する地点にて狭まり、前記少なくとも1つの注入口の前記中心線から、前記注入口の下流の位置にて前記上流混合チャンバが最初に狭まる地点まで測定した前記上流混合チャンバの前記長手方向における寸法が、前記注入口の前記中心線にて測定された前記上流混合チャンバの前記直径の約1.1倍以上であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記注入器が可動であり、それにより前記注入器の前記放出末端部と前記オリフィスとの間の距離を調整することができる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記注入口が直径を有し、前記注入口の前記中心線にて測定された前記上流混合チャンバの前記直径の、前記注入口の前記直径に対する割合が2より大きい、請求項10又は11に記載の装置。

前記上流混合チャンバと液体連通し、入り口及び少なくとも1つの排出口を含む混合チャンバと、
オリフィスをその中に有する要素であって、前記混合チャンバの前記入り口に隣接して前記装置内に配置され、前記オリフィスが液体を噴流にて吹き付け、前記液体中に剪断力又はキャビテーションを生成するように構成されている要素と、
を備え、
前記一組の装置は、前記第1の装置及び前記第2の装置それぞれが最大流れ容量を有し、前記第1の装置の前記最大流れ容量が前記第2の装置の前記最大流れ容量の少なくとも5倍少なく、前記第1の装置及び第2の装置が、異なる流動率で実質的に同一の質量加重滞留時間、質量加重滞留時間分布、流速、材料の分布、及び局部乱流散逸率からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの加工条件を提供するように構成されており、これらは、異なる流動率において同じであり、前記異なる流動率は、前記第1の装置における第1の流動率及び前記第2の装置における第2の流動率であることを特徴とする一組の装置。
