Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る気液混合ノズルを用いたエマルジョン燃料燃焼システムを示す図である。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る気液混合ノズルの一例を示す断面図である。
気液混合ノズル60は、図4に示すように、外径がほぼ等しく、内径がそれぞれ異なる円筒状の前方部材61、中間部材62及び後方部材63を有して構成されている。これらの部材61〜63は、鉄系、あるいは鉄−銅系などの金属材料にて構成されて、互いの接続箇所に設けられた雄ねじと雌ねじとを螺合することでOリング62c,63a及び70aを介して相互に接続されている。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る気液混合ノズルの一例を示す断面図である。また、図6は、同気液混合ノズルの衝撃部材の一例を説明するための説明図であり、同図(a)は側面図を、同図(b)は断面図を示している。なお、この第3の実施形態に係る気液混合ノズルは、上記第2の実施形態に係る気液混合ノズル60と重複する構成で形成することができるので、既に説明した部分と重複する箇所には同一の符号を附して説明を省略する。
以上説明した第1〜第3の実施形態に関連する気液混合ノズル10,60,60Aは、エマルジョン燃料を効率よく生成し燃焼させるために用いられるものであった。これらの気液混合ノズル10,60,60Aは、その他にも、環境浄化のための液体を供給する環境浄化液体噴霧システムに好適に用いることもできる。図7は、環境浄化液体噴霧システムに用いられる環境浄化液体噴霧装置の一例を説明するための説明図であり、同図(a)は側面図を、同図(b)は正面図を示している。
Claims (6)
- ノズル吐出口の中心部に向けて空気を吐出させる内方側空気吐出経路と、
ノズル吐出口の外縁部から空気を円錐状に回転させながら吐出させる外方側空気吐出経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路と前記外方側空気吐出経路との間に配置され水および/又は燃料を主成分とする液体をノズル吐出口に導入するための少なくとも1つの液体導入経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路及び液体導入経路の出口で混合された空気及び液体の混合体が衝突する衝撃部材と
を備え、
前記内方側空気吐出経路の出口及び液体導入経路の出口は前記ノズル吐出口よりもノズルの内側に配置され、
前記衝撃部材は、前記内方側空気吐出経路及び液体導入経路の出口と前記ノズル吐出口との間に配置され、側面に前記内方側空気吐出経路および液体導入経路の出口で混合された空気及び液体の混合体を導入し回転力を付与するように中心軸に対して傾斜した誘導溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする気液混合ノズル。 - ノズル吐出口の中心部に向けて空気を吐出させる内方側空気吐出経路と、
ノズル吐出口の外縁部から空気を円錐状に回転させながら吐出させる外方側空気吐出経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路と前記外方側空気吐出経路との間に配置され水および/又は燃料を主成分とする液体をノズル吐出口に導入するための少なくとも1つの液体導入経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路及び液体導入経路の出口で混合された空気及び液体の混合体が衝突する衝撃部材と
を備え、
前記衝撃部材は、前記内方側空気吐出経路の出口側から前記衝撃部材の先端部にかけて貫通し、前記内方側空気吐出経路に導入された空気を前記衝撃部材の先端部側に吐出する貫通孔を有すると共に、前記ノズル吐出口と反対側に向けた衝撃面を有する側面と、この側面にノズルの中心軸方向に延びて前記内方側空気吐出経路に連通し前記内方側空気吐出経路に導入された空気と共に前記混合体を誘導する誘導溝を有し、前記内方側空気吐出経路および液体導入経路の出口で混合された空気及び液体の混合体が、前記衝撃面に衝突すると共に前記側面の誘導溝に沿って流れるように構成された
ことを特徴とする気液混合ノズル。 - ノズル吐出口の中心部に向けて空気を吐出させる内方側空気吐出経路と、
ノズル吐出口の外縁部から空気を円錐状に回転させながら吐出させる外方側空気吐出経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路と前記外方側空気吐出経路との間に配置され水および/又は燃料を主成分とする液体をノズル吐出口に導入するための少なくとも1つの液体導入経路と、
前記内方側空気吐出経路および液体導入経路の出口で混合された空気及び液体の混合体が衝突する衝撃部材と
を備え、
前記衝撃部材は、前記空気及び液体の混合体の風力によってノズル中心軸を中心として回転する
ことを特徴とする気液混合ノズル。 - 空気を供給する空気供給源と、
燃料を供給する燃料供給源と、
水を主成分とする燃焼温度低減のための液体を供給する燃焼温度低減液体供給源と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の気液混合ノズルと、
を備え、
前記気液混合ノズルが、バーナー装置本体に組み込まれることで構成されることを特徴とするエマルジョン燃料燃焼システム。 - 空気を供給する空気供給源と、
燃料を供給する燃料供給源と、
水を主成分とする燃焼温度低減のための液体を供給する燃焼温度低減液体供給源と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の気液混合ノズルと、
を備え、
前記気液混合ノズルが、
内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に組み込まれ、前記空気供給源、前記燃料供給源および前記燃焼温度低減液体供給源から前記空気、前記燃料および前記液体がそれぞれ導入され、前記内燃機関の燃焼室内で完全燃焼可能な混合気を形成するための前記空気、前記燃料および前記液体を吐出することを特徴とするエマルジョン燃料燃焼システム。 - 空気を供給する空気供給源と、
水を主成分とする環境浄化のための液体を供給する環境浄化液体供給源と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の気液混合ノズルと、
前記気液混合ノズルからの噴霧物に紫外線を照射するための紫外線照射手段と、
前記紫外線照射手段により紫外線が照射された噴霧物を大気中に拡散するための拡散手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする環境浄化液体噴霧システム。
