Claims (5)
- 第1の流体と第2の流体を通過させながら混合する流体混合装置であって、第1の流体が流れる流路と、前記流路内に放射状に固定配置され、通過する前記第1の流体に、流路軸線の周囲に旋回させる方向の流れを付与する、複数の羽根からなる旋回翼と、第1の流体が前記旋回翼を通過する際に前記旋回翼の下流面に沿って形成される第1の流体のはく離領域に、前記はく離領域内に位置する前記第1の流体の流路壁に形成された開口から前記第2の流体を供給する第2流体供給手段とを有してなり、
前記はく離領域は、放射状に配置された羽根の放射方向に直交する平面を仮想し、この平面を第1の流体の流路の軸線方向と、それに直交する旋回方向の座標で捉え、羽根断面の軸線方向最下流で且つ旋回方向も最下流である座標を点A″とし、この点A″と軸線方向座標は同じで羽根断面の旋回方向の最上流である座標を点Cとし、線分A″Cの中点を点Dとし、羽根断面の上流面を示す曲線の点Dに対して点対称な曲線と、羽根断面の下流面を示す曲線に挟まれ、羽根が存在する旋回方向座標の範囲内である流体混合装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体混合装置において、
前記第2流体供給手段は、前記開口を複数有し、該複数の開口が形成された第1の流体の流路壁の外周面を内壁面の一部とし、前記複数の開口を覆うように形成されたヘッダー空間と、このヘッダー空間に第2の流体を供給する管路とを含んでなることを特徴とする流体混合装置。 - 第1の流体と第2の流体を通過させながら混合する流体混合装置であって、第1の流体が流れる流路と、前記流路内に放射状に固定配置され、通過する前記第1の流体に、流路軸線の周囲に旋回させる方向の流れを付与する、複数の羽根からなる旋回翼と、第1の流体が前記旋回翼を通過する際に前記旋回翼の下流面に沿って形成される第1の流体のはく離領域に第2の流体を供給する第2流体供給手段とを有してなり、
前記はく離領域は、放射状に配置された羽根の放射方向に直交する平面を仮想し、この平面を第1の流体の流路の軸線方向と、それに直交する旋回方向の座標で捉え、羽根断面の軸線方向最下流で且つ旋回方向も最下流である座標を点A″とし、この点A″と軸線方向座標は同じで羽根断面の旋回方向の最上流である座標を点Cとし、線分A″Cの中点を点Dとし、羽根断面の上流面を示す曲線の点Dに対して点対称な曲線と、羽根断面の下流面を示す曲線に挟まれ、羽根が存在する旋回方向座標の範囲内であり、
前記第2流体供給手段は、前記第1の流体の流路の流路軸線に沿って配置され、前記旋回翼の流路軸線側端部が外周面に密着されている管状の第2流体流路と、前記はく離領域内に位置する前記第2の流体の流路壁に形成され、前記第2の流体が供給される複数の開口と、前記第1の流体の流路壁を貫通して配置され、前記第2流体流路に接続されて第2の流体を供給する管路とを含んでなることを特徴とする流体混合装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の流体混合装置において、前記旋回翼を設けている箇所の第1の流体に対する流路断面積が、旋回翼を設けている箇所より上流の第1の流体に対する流路断面積より小さいことを特徴とする流体混合装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の流体混合装置において、前記旋回翼を内装した第1の流体の流路を複数備え、これらの流路は、より大きい断面の流路内に、並列に、前記大きい断面の流路の軸線にそれぞれの流路の軸線を平行させて配置していることを特徴とする流体混合装置。
