Claims (6)
- 内側で第1と第2の流体を混合する中空筒状の本体と、
前記本体の上流側端部に設けられて前記第1の流体を流入させる第1の流入口と、
前記本体の内側に配置され、前記第1の流体の流れる方向に沿った軸心を有し、両端が開口した中空筒状の混合促進体と、
前記本体の周壁に設けられて前記混合促進体の外周面に向かって前記第2の流体を流入させる第2の流入口とを備え、
前記混合促進体が前記本体とほぼ同心に配置され、
前記第1の流入口から前記本体に流れ込んだ前記第1の流体が、前記混合促進体の内側と外側を通って流れ、
前記混合促進体の外側を通って流れる前記第1の流体が前記第2の流入口から前記本体に流れ込んだ前記第2の流体と一次混合され、
一次混合された前記第1および第2の流体の混合流体が、前記混合促進体の下流で、前記混合促進体の内側を通って流れる前記第1の流体と二次混合される流体混合器。 - 請求項1において、前記本体を形成する第1の配管に、前記第2の流入口に第2の流体を供給する第2の配管が直交して接続されている流体混合器。
- 請求項1において、前記本体を形成する第1の配管に、前記第2の流入口に前記第2の流体を供給する第2の配管が接続され、その接続部における前記第2の配管の端縁が前記第1の配管の内周面と面一またはこれよりも径方向外方に配置されている流体混合器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記第1の流体は前記第2の流体よりも低温である流体混合器。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項において、前記本体における下流部が、下流に向かって通路面積が増大する拡径部により形成されている流体混合器。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の流体混合器が、熱交換器の上流側に配置されてなる熱交換システム。
