Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mélangeur (1) permettant de générer, par le mélange d'eau et d'huile, un liquide de mélange d'eau et d'huile injecté, par exemple, sur un cylindre (R) d'une installation de laminage à chaud, comportant une portion d'étranglement formée dans un passage d'écoulement permettant le passage de l'eau, un élément de valve apte à former un intervalle annulaire dans le dégagement de celle-ci à partir de la portion d'étranglement, un moyen de réglage permettant de régler la dimension de l'intervalle, et un passage d'alimentation en huile permettant l'alimentation en huile dans l'eau s'écoulant à travers le passage d'écoulement, permettant ainsi, par le réglage de la dimension de l'intervalle, d'obtenir un niveau de mélange pour les divers types d'huile de lubrification à différentes viscosités.
