Description
Claims (10)
- 金属薄板加工のためのワークを加熱切断するための機械におけるワークサポートのサポートストリップを洗浄するための機械的な装置であって、少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)を備えており、該少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)が、洗浄しようとするサポートストリップ(2)に対して相対的に、サポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する送り方向(28)の送り運動を伴って移動可能である形式のものにおいて、
モータ式の送り駆動装置が設けられており、該送り駆動装置が少なくとも1つの送り駆動モータ(6)と少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)とを備えており、該送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、サポートストリップ(2)に当て付け可能で、かつ前記送り駆動モータ(6)によって、サポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する送り方向(28)で前記少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の送り運動を生ぜしめながら、サポートストリップ(2)に当て付けられた部分で以て駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、ワークサポートのサポートストリップを洗浄するための機械的な装置。 - 少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、サポートストリップ(2)の横方向、及びひいては前記少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の前記送り方向(28)に対して直交する横方向に延在する回転軸線(23)を中心にして駆動可能であって、前記少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、駆動された状態で前記少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の送り運動を生ぜしめながらサポートストリップ(2)の側面上を転動する、請求項1記載の機械的な装置。
- 少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)に、少なくとも1つの対抗ホルダ(11,12,13,14)が配属されていて、該対抗ホルダ(11,12,13,14)が、サポートストリップ(2)の、送り機構(11,12,13,14)とは反対側に当て付け可能で、該対抗ホルダによって、洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)が、該洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の送り運動時にサポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する送り方向(28)でガイドされるようになっている、請求項1又は2記載の機械的な装置。
- 少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)に、対抗ホルダとしての少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)が配属されており、該対抗ホルダとしての送り機構が、送り駆動モータ(6)によって、前記送り機構と同軸の回転軸線(23)を中心にして逆回転で駆動されるようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)が運転中に、洗浄しようとするサポートストリップ(2)に当て付けられるようになっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)及び/又は少なくとも1つの対抗ホルダ(11,12,13,14)が、洗浄機構(11,12,13,14)を構成している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 前記送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、サポートストリップ(2)の同じ側に配属されていて、それぞれ1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14)を形成しており、それぞれ1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14)を形成する送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、前記サポートストリップ(2)に対して相対的に該サポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する前記送り方向(28)における送り運動を伴って移動可能であり、それぞれ1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14)を形成する送り機構(11,12,13,14)が、前記サポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する前記送り方向(28)で相前後して配置され、かつこの送り機構(11,12,13,14)の、前記サポートストリップ(2)に当て付けられた部分が、最適な洗浄効果が得られるように、それぞれ異なる形状を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 少なくとも1つの送り機構(11,12,13,14)及び/又は少なくとも1つの対抗ホルダ(11,12,13,14)及び/又は少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14)が、サポートストリップ(2)に向いた側において少なくとも1つの突起を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 装置のベース体(5)の、前記サポートストリップ(2)の長手方向に延在する前記送り方向(28)で両側に、操作グリップ(25,26;34,35)が設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
- 装置(1)のベース体(5)に、ガイド面(19,20)を備えたガイド装置(18)が設けられており、該ガイド装置(18)のガイド面(19,20)によって、装置(1)が、前記少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の送り運動時にサポートストリップ(2)に対して相対的に、かつサポートストリップ(2)の横方向、及びひいては前記少なくとも1つの洗浄機構(11,12,13,14,40,41)の前記送り方向(28)に対して直交する横方向で、並びにサポートストリップ(2)の側面に沿って変位可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な装置。
