Description
(1)ケイ酸ジルコニウムを焼結し、続いて、粉砕し、仮焼成し、粉砕された生成物は、続いて結合剤を添加しながらモールドし、再度焼成する。この多段階とその結果としての時間消費及び高価な製造プロセスは、欠点である。これらの生成物は、ガラス産業での使用(加熱炉分野のライニング)において密度が十分ではなく、耐食性が十分ではない。
(2)モールドされた部品は、ZrSiO4の懸濁液から鋳造される。このような生成物は、十分な生成物特性を示さない。特に、熱衝撃抵抗などの機械的特性は、満足のいくものではないことが頻繁である。
できるだけ低い気孔率、できるだけ低い開放気孔率の割合、高い嵩密度。
(1)化学組成とは別に、焼成生成物の微小構造は、特に、決定的な役割を果たす。結果として、気孔サイズ分布に加えて気孔率及び気孔サイズを最適化する試みが行われた。
(2)本発明による生成物を製造する原料は、それらを微細に分割することができるように多量に処理され、続いて粒状に形成された。
焼成中(焼成工程)、構造物の形成は、個々の顆粒が消失して起こる。しかしながら、元の粒状構造物は、焼成生成物内にさえも依然としてほとんど認識することができる。これに関連して、特に顆粒(元の)間の領域で作られた構造物は、生成物の特性(特にブリックなどのモールドされた生成物の生成物特性)に特定の影響を与えることができる。
(1)2から30体積%の開放気孔率、
(2)その開放気孔率の半分超は、一方で、その最大直径が15μmであり、他方で、その最大値がその最小値の10倍以下である気孔サイズ区間(interval)内にある気孔からなる。

−MgO、
−MgO+Al2O3[90:10から10:90]、
−Al2O3+SiO2[72:28から78:22]、
の生成物を含む。
−10μm未満の粒子破片を30重量%含む、30μm未満の粒子破片を有するケイ酸ジルコニウム粉末、
−10μm以下の粒子サイズを有するケイ酸ジルコニウム粉末。

Claims (9)
- 10から25℃/hの低速加熱で焼成された耐火セラミック生成物であって、その構造物が、90質量%超の量までの以下の群の材料:
(a)ZrSiO 4 、
(b)ZrSiO 4 +ZrO 2 、
(c)Al 2 O 3 、
(d)Al 2 O 3 +ZrO 2 、
の少なくとも1つからなり、
(e)2から30体積%の開放気孔率を有し、
(f)前記開放気孔率の半分超は、直径が1μm以上であり、最大直径が15μmであり、最大値が最小値の10倍以下である気孔サイズの区間内にある気孔からなる、焼成された耐火セラミック生成物。 - 前記開放気孔率の半分超は、10μm以下の直径を有する気孔からなる、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記開放気孔率の半分超は、5μm以下の直径を有する気孔からなる、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記開放気孔率の60%超は、10μm以下の直径を有する気孔からなる、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記気孔は、最大値が最小値の7倍以下である気孔サイズの区間内にある、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記開放気孔率は、5から18体積%まで達する、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記生成物の構造物は、焼成処理中に形成されるZrO2粒子を示す、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記生成物の構造物は、単斜晶構造物内にZrO2を有する、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 3.8g/cm3超の嵩密度を有する請求項1に記載の生成物。
