Description
‐ 化学組成に加えて、焼成製品の構造が主に重大な役割を果たす。
‐ 開放多孔性の絶対値は重要ではない。代わりに、結果としてのガス透過性が可能な限り低くなるように開放多孔性を形成することが重要である。
‐ 一方で開放多孔性、一方で低ガス透過性がそれぞれ、構造の関数として設定可能である。
‐ これらの要求は、粗粒子が少ないことに加えて、微粒子マトリクスを主に有する構造によって満たされる。
‐ サイズに関しての粗粒子間の距離が、その最大直径の0.7から3倍に対応することが望ましい。
‐ 従って、開放多孔性は、微粒子マトリクスよって主に決定される。しかしながら、細孔は構造の粗粒子の所で途切れる。いずれの場合においても、ある種の「ブラインド細孔」が発生する。結果として、関連する細孔の割合は、ガス透過性に影響を与えない。
‐ 微粒子の割合はバッチの50から80重量%(または60から90重量%)を占めることが望ましく、よって、粗粒子の割合は10から50重量%、10から40重量%である。同時に、微粒子と粗粒子との間の粒径の粒子の割合は、混合物全体の<10重量%であることが望ましく、好ましくは<5重量%である。
‐ 結果としての粒子のギャップは、焼成製品の構造パターン及びその性質に対して重要な要因の一つである。
‐ 微粒子の割合の上限値は、粗粒子の下限値の略1/10である。微粒子耐火物質は一般的に、d90<100μmの粒径の範囲内にあり、<50μmであることも多い。一方で、粗粒子耐火成分は、d90>500μmの粒径を有し、>1mmであることも多い。
‐ 負荷の下での耐火性:[EN 993‐8準拠]:T0.5:>1500℃、特に1700℃
‐ 高温での破壊係数:[EN 993‐7準拠]:1250℃において:>10MPa、特に>20MPa
‐ 冷間圧縮強さ:[EN 993‐5準拠]:>50MPa、特に>80MPa
‐ ガス透過性:[EN993‐4準拠]:<5×10−13m2、特に1×10−13m2
開放多孔性: 15.5体積%
冷間圧縮強さ: >280MPa
高温(1400℃)での破壊係数: 18MPa
ガス透過性: 0.7×10−13m2
負荷の下での耐火性: >1700℃
DIN 51068 パート1によって規定される30回の温度変化後の製品の冷間圧縮強さは略280MPaであった(DIN EN 993‐5の規定で求めた)。
Claims (15)
- 最大1500℃の適用温度において溶融相を形成する成分を5重量%未満含有し、d90<100μmの粒径の微粒子耐火物質を50〜90重量%含有するのに加えて、d90>500μmの粒径の粗粒子耐火物質を10〜50重量%含有し、100〜500μmの間の粒径d90の粒子の割合が≦10重量%に限定されているバッチから製造された、焼成耐火セラミック製品。
- 前記微粒子物質がd90<50μmの粒径を有するバッチから製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 65〜85重量%の前記微粒子物質を含有するのに加えて、15〜35重量%の前記粗粒子物質を含有するバッチから製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記微粒子物質と前記粗粒子物質の間の粒径d90の粒子の割合が≦5重量%に限定されているバッチから製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 最大30体積%の開放多孔性及び<5×10−13m2のガス透過性を備えた請求項1に記載の製品。
- 開放多孔性の半分超がd90<15μmの直径の細孔から形成され、開放多孔性の1/10超がd90>100μmの細孔から形成され、15μmから100μmの間の細孔の割合が開放多孔性全体の最大で1/7を占める、請求項5に記載の製品。
- 開放多孔性の半分超が、d90<10μmの直径の細孔から形成されている、請求項6に記載の製品。
- 15μから100μmの間の細孔の割合が開放多孔性の最大で1/10を占める、請求項6に記載の製品。
- a) >1500℃、特に>1700℃のEN 993‐8に準拠した負荷の下での耐熱性と、
b) 1400℃で>10MPaのEN 993‐7に準拠した破壊係数と、
c) >50MPa、特に>80MPaのEN 993‐5に準拠した冷間圧縮強さと、
の試験値のうちの少なくとも一つを満たす請求項1に記載の製品。 - 微粒子物質のコーティングを備えた粗粒子物質のコアを備えたペレットから製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 最大4mmの直径d90を有するペレットから製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 開放多孔性の≦1/10が、混合物の粗粒子物質に由来する構造部分に生じている、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 開放多孔性の≦1/20が、混合物の粗粒子物質に由来する構造部分に生じている、請求項1に記載の製品。
- Al2O3、Al2O3‐ZrO2、ZrO2、ムライト、MgO、MgO‐Al2O3、Cr2O3、MgO‐Cr2O3、SiO2、Al2O3‐Cr2O3のうちの酸化物を少なくとも一つ含有する混合物から製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 炭化物、窒化物、ホウ化物、SiAlONのうちの非酸化物を少なくとも一つ含有する混合物から製造された、請求項1に記載の製品。
