−蒸着継続時間:所望の層厚さに依存して、30分乃至6時間;
−層厚さ:0.5乃至10μm、望ましくは2乃至4μm。
Claims (7)
- 物理気相蒸着(PVD)処理により生成された混成置換結晶である少なくとも一の単相、準安定の少なくとも三元の酸化物層(6)を有する層構造(3)を支持する本体部(2)を備え、
前記酸化物層(6)は、含有量の多数部を構成する主部成分と、含有量の少数部であって1原子%以上4原子%以下の含有量を有する副部成分を備え、
前記主部成分はアルミニウムであり、前記副部成分は少なくともクロム又はジルコニウムを含み、
前記酸化物層(6)は、γ−アルミニウム酸化物層構造を有する、ことを特徴とする切断刃(1)。 - 前記酸化物層(6)は、他の化学元素を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断刃。
- 前記切断刃は、少なくとも二つの請求項1による層を有し、その間に少なくとも一のさらなる層が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断刃。
- 前記さらなる層は、同様に、請求項1により構成されるが、隣接する層と異なる構成を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切断刃。
- 前記層構造(3)は、さらなる層を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断刃。
- 前記層構造(3)は、TiAlN被膜、AlCr被膜、元素の周期律表の亜族IV,VまたはVIの1以上の金属の窒化物、炭化物、炭窒化物またはオキソ炭窒化物被膜である少なくとも一の金属硬質材層を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の切断刃。
- 前記層構造(3)は、構成(Me1,Me2,...)x(O,B,C,N)を有し、非金属における顕著な酸素含有量を有する三元またはより複数の金属酸化物からなる少なくとも一の層であり、前記含まれる金属(Me1,Me2,...)は、元素の周期律表の亜族IV,VまたはVI、アルミニウム及び珪素に属する群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の切断刃。
