Description
Claims (5)
- 太陽歯車に接続された駆動軸と、
遊星キャリヤに接続された被駆動軸と、
第一切換位置においてはハウジングに接続され第二切換位置においては太陽歯車に接続される内歯歯車と、
前記駆動軸を同心状に取り囲むと共に太陽歯車に係合されたハブと、
当該ハブを同心状に取り囲むと共に、当該ハブに対して所定の第一の径方向の遊びを有していて当該ハブに対して摺動可能であり、第一切換位置においては当該ハブと係合せず、第二切換位置において当該ハブと係合する摺動スリーブと、
を備えた、工作機械のための遊星歯車装置において、
前記摺動スリーブ(5)は、前記内歯歯車(4)から離れた側の端において、前記ハブ(6)に対して同心状に配置された中央直径部(7)を有しており、
当該中央直径部(7)は、摺動スリーブ(5)がハブ(6)との係合位置である第二切換位置にある時に、前記ハブの軸に対して同心状に当該ハブ上に形成された中央カラー(8)に前記第一の径方向の遊びよりも僅かな第二の径方向の遊びで係合する
ことを特徴とする遊星歯車装置。 - 前記中央直径部(7)の接近の際に最初に前記中央カラー(8)と接触する、前記中央直径部の摺動方向を横切って延びる前記中央直径部の縁部には、傾斜が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置。 - 前記中央直径部の接近の際に最初に当該中央直径部(7)と接触する、当該中央直径部(7)の摺動方向を横切って延びる前記中央カラーの縁部には、傾斜が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遊星歯車装置。 - 前記中央直径部(7)の前記ハブ(6)とは反対の上面に、摺動スリーブ軸受(13)を摺動スリーブ(5)に固定するための固定リング(9)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の遊星歯車装置。 - 前記固定リング(9)は、収縮されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遊星歯車装置。
