Description
前記基材は、銀色、銀及び黒以外の色、黒色の順に着色されている層を有することを特徴とする粘着テープ、に関する。
前記支持基材が黒色基材フィルムであり、当該黒色基材フィルム側から、着色層として、銀及び黒以外の着色層、銀色層をこの順に有するものが好適に用いられる。
前記支持基材が銀及び黒以外の色の基材フィルムであり、当該銀及び黒以外の色の基材フィルムの片面に銀色の着色層を有し、反対側の片面に黒色の着色層を有するものが好適に用いられる。
厚さ38μmの白色基材フィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート,色度L:92)の片面に、着色層として銀の蒸着層(色度L:80)、反対面に黒色層(色度L:25)が印刷されたフィルムを基材として用いた。黒色層の印刷に使用したインクは大日精化工業株式会社製のNB−500を用いた。着色層の各層の厚みは、銀の蒸着層は500Å、黒色層は1μmとした。前記基材の両面に、透明なアクリル系感圧粘着剤を塗布し、乾燥し、厚さ20μmの粘着剤層を設けた両面粘着テープを得た。
厚さ13μmの透明基材フィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)の片面に、着色層として、アルミニウムの蒸着層(色度L:77)、次いで、白色層(色度L:92)、黒色層(色度L:25)の順に2層が印刷されたフィルムを基材として用いた。白色層、黒色層の印刷に使用したインクは大日精化工業株式会社製のNB−500を用いた。着色層の各層の厚みは、アルミニウムの蒸着層は400Å、白色層、黒色層の厚みはそれぞれ1μmとした。前記基材の両面に、透明なアクリル系感圧粘着剤を塗布し、乾燥し、厚さ20μmの粘着剤層を設けた両面粘着テープを得た。
厚さ38μmの白色基材フィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート,色度L:92)の片面に、着色層として、黒色層(色度L:25)が印刷されたフィルムを基材として用いた。着色層の印刷に使用したインクは大日精化工業株式会社製のNB−500を用いた。着色層の厚みは1μmとした。前記基材の両面に、透明なアクリル系感圧粘着剤を塗布し、乾燥し、厚さ20μmの粘着剤層を設けた両面粘着テープを得た。
厚さ38μmの白色基材フィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート,色度L:92)を基材として用いた。前記基材の片面に、透明なアクリル系感圧粘着剤を塗布し、乾燥し、厚さ20μmの粘着剤層を設けた。もう一方に片面には、前記アクリル系粘着剤に黒顔料を配合して黒色に着色したアクリル系感圧粘着剤を塗布し、乾燥し、厚さ20μmの黒色の粘着剤層(色度L:25)を設け、両面粘着テープを得た。
島津製作所製の分光光度計を用い、550nm波長域での鏡面反射率を測定した。

Claims (8)
- 基材と、その基材の少なくとも片面に粘着剤層を有する粘着テープにおいて、
前記基材は、銀色、銀及び黒以外の色、黒色の順に着色されている層を有し、
前記銀色の着色層が、銀の蒸着層であり、
前記銀色の着色層が、色彩色度計により測定した色度Lが、80〜90の範囲であり、
液晶表示モジュールユニットと、バックライトユニットの固定に用いられることを特徴とする粘着テープ。 - 前記基材が、支持基材と着色層を有し、
前記支持基材側から、着色層として、銀色層、銀及び黒以外の着色層、黒色層をこの順に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の粘着テープ。 - 支持基材が、透明基材フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記基材が、支持基材と着色層を有し、
前記支持基材が黒色基材フィルムであり、当該黒色基材フィルム側から、着色層として、銀及び黒以外の着色層、銀色層をこの順に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の粘着テープ。 - 前記基材が、支持基材と着色層を有し、
前記支持基材が銀及び黒以外の色の基材フィルムであり、当該銀及び黒以外の色の基材フィルムの片面に銀色の着色層を有し、反対側の片面に黒色の着色層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の粘着テープ。 - 銀及び黒以外の色の層が、白色の層であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープにより、液晶表示モジュールユニットと、バックライトユニットが固定されている液晶表示装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項の粘着テープに用いる、銀色、銀及び黒以外の色、黒色の順に着色されている層を有する、粘着テープ基材。
