Description
(1)熱収縮性:熱によりフィルムが収縮する性質である。延伸し易い層により付与される。熱収縮性を有するフィルムで真空包装された製品に温水シャワー、熱風、温水層等により熱をかけると、フィルムが内容物に密着して製品の外観が良好となる。
(2)バリア性:酸素等を遮断する性質である。酸素等を通さない層により付与される。例えば塩化ビニリデン共重合体や、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物、アミド樹脂等の層を有する積層フィルムは酸素バリア性を示す。内容物の長期保存が可能となる。
(3)透明性:フィルムの透明度を示す性質である。フィルム各層の熱収縮率の差により影響を受ける。製品の外観の点で重要な性質である。
(4)ヒートシール性:熱によりフィルム同士が接着する性質である。融解温度の低い層により付与される。フィルムでできた袋の口を熱を掛けて閉じることが可能となる。
(5)重ねシール性:フィルムでできた袋の口をヒートシールする際に、複数の袋の熱をかける部分を重ね、まとめてヒートシールしても、袋同士が溶着しないという性質である。単位時間あたりの包装袋数を増加させることができる。
1. 表面層(A)、接着層(A)、バリア層、表面層(B)の少なくとも4層が順に積層された延伸積層フィルムであって、
(1)前記表面層(A)の融解温度が、前記表面層(B)の融解温度より65℃以上150℃以下だけ高く、
(2)前記バリア層が塩化ビニリデン共重合体からなり、バリア層の融解温度が130℃以上160℃未満である、
ことを特徴とする延伸積層フィルム。
2. 表面層(A)、接着層(A)、バリア層、表面層(B)の少なくとも4層が順に積層された延伸積層フィルムであって、
(1)前記表面層(A)の融解温度が、前記表面層(B)の融解温度より65℃以上150℃以下だけ高く、
(2)前記バリア層が塩化ビニリデン共重合体からなり、バリア層の融解温度が130℃以上160℃未満であり、
(3)流れ方向と横方向の75℃における熱収縮率が、共に20%以上50%以下である、
ことを特徴とする延伸積層フィルム。
3. 前記バリア層と前記表面層(B)との間に接着層(B)が積層されて少なくとも5層からなり、前記表面層(A)がプロピレン共重合体、アミド樹脂、エステル共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含みゲル分率が0%以上5%以下であり、前記接着層(A)がエチレン共重合体からなってゲル分率が25%以上70%以下であり、前記接着層(B)がエチレン共重合体からなり、さらに前記表面層(B)がエチレン共重合体を含むことを特徴とする1.記載の延伸積層フィルム。
4. 前記表面層(A)がアミド樹脂からなり、前記表面層(B)がエチレン共重合体からなることを特徴とする3.に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
5. 前記表面層(A)のフィルム全体に占める割合が0.5〜20%であることを特徴とする3.に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
6. 前記バリア層の融解温度が135℃以上150℃未満である3.に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
7. 流れ方向と横方向の75℃における熱収縮率が、共に25%以上45%以下であり、かつ流れ方向と横方向の合計で65%以上あることを特徴とする3.に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
8. 1.から7.のいずれかに記載の延伸積層フィルムからなる袋であって、前記表面層(A)が当該袋の外側に配されていることを特徴とする袋。
9. 表面層(A)が非晶性のナイロンが5〜40重量%混合されたアミド樹脂、表面層(B)がエチレンコモノマーと、ブテンコモノマー、ヘキセンコモノマー、及びオクテンコモノマーから選ばれるいずれか一つのコモノマーとの共重合体であり、密度の範囲が0.88〜0.92g/cm3、JIS−K−7210の測定条件に準ずる測定条件(190℃、21.2N)で測定したメルトインデックスの値が0.5〜7であるエチレン共重合体からなることを特徴とする4.に記載の延伸積層フィルム。

《融解温度(Tm)》
測定装置:パーキンエルマー社製Diamond DSC(商品名、入力補償DSC:入力補償示差走査式熱量計)
測定方法:JIS−K7121に準ずる。
(i)0℃〜200℃まで10℃/分で昇温し1分保持
(ii)200℃〜0℃まで10℃/分で冷却し1分保持
(iii)0℃〜200℃まで10℃/分で昇温
※融点の高い樹脂に関しては、250℃まで昇温した
上記(iii)(2回目加熱)の融解温度をTmとした。なお、複数のピークを有するものについては最大のピークをTmとした。また、融解温度をもたない非晶性の樹脂に関しては、流動開始温度をTmとした。
《75℃における熱収縮率の評価》
測定温度:75℃
測定方法:ASTM D−2732に準ずる。

測定装置:日本電色工業社製NDH2000曇り度測定器(HAZEメーター、商品名)
測定方法:ASTM D−1003に準ずる。測定試料を75℃の温水槽に4秒間浸漬して自由熱収縮させた。その曇り度を測定した。値が小さいほど透明性が高い。
《ゲル分率の評価》
層の架橋度の尺度として用いる。
《酸素バリア性の評価》
測定装置:MOCON社製の酸素透過分析装置(OX−TRAN(登録商標)200H)
測定条件:65%RH、温度23℃
測定開始3時間経過後の酸素透過率の値を測定し、酸素バリア性の評価を行った。酸素透過率(cc/m2/day)が小さいほど酸素バリア性が大きい。
《袋の重ねシール性評価》
測定装置:古川製作所社製の大型肉用真空包装機FVM−WM
シール温度:140〜150℃
シール時間:2秒
冷却時間:2秒
2枚の袋のヒートシールを行う部分を重ね、同時にヒートシールして、袋の重なった部分が溶着又は密着しているかどうかを確認した。試験は10回繰り返して行い、溶着又は密着した回数を表示した。ただし、ここでいう溶着とは、袋の外層同士もシールされてしまい、剥すことができない状態を言う。密着とは、袋の外同士がくっついているが、シール部分の一部を剥すことができる状態を言うものとする。
[実施例1〜25、比較例1〜12]
実施例1〜25に関しては表1〜6に、比較例1〜12に関しては表7〜9にそれぞれ示す樹脂を用い、層数に対応して必要とされる台数の押出機を使用して、ダブルバブルインフレーション法により延伸積層フィルムを製造した。
Claims (9)
- 表面層(A)、接着層(A)、バリア層、表面層(B)の少なくとも4層が順に積層された延伸積層フィルムであって、
(1)前記表面層(A)の融解温度が、前記表面層(B)の融解温度より65℃以上150℃以下だけ高く、
(2)前記バリア層が塩化ビニリデン共重合体からなり、バリア層の融解温度が130℃以上160℃未満である、
ことを特徴とする延伸積層フィルム。 - 表面層(A)、接着層(A)、バリア層、表面層(B)の少なくとも4層が順に積層された延伸積層フィルムであって、
(1)前記表面層(A)の融解温度が、前記表面層(B)の融解温度より65℃以上150℃以下だけ高く、
(2)前記バリア層が塩化ビニリデン共重合体からなり、バリア層の融解温度が130℃以上160℃未満であり、
(3)流れ方向と横方向の75℃における熱収縮率が、共に20%以上50%以下である、
ことを特徴とする延伸積層フィルム。 - 前記バリア層と前記表面層(B)との間に接着層(B)が積層されて少なくとも5層からなり、前記表面層(A)がプロピレン共重合体、アミド樹脂、エステル共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含みゲル分率が0%以上5%以下であり、前記接着層(A)がエチレン共重合体からなってゲル分率が25%以上70%以下であり、前記接着層(B)がエチレン共重合体からなり、さらに前記表面層(B)がエチレン共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の延伸積層フィルム。
- 前記表面層(A)がアミド樹脂からなり、前記表面層(B)がエチレン共重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
- 前記表面層(A)のフィルム全体に占める割合が0.5〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
- 前記バリア層の融解温度が135℃以上150℃未満である請求項3に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
- 流れ方向と横方向の75℃における熱収縮率が、共に25%以上45%以下であり、かつ流れ方向と横方向の合計で65%以上あることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の延伸積層フィルムからなる袋であって、前記表面層(A)が当該袋の外側に配されていることを特徴とする袋。
- 表面層(A)が非晶性のナイロンが5〜40重量%混合されたアミド樹脂、表面層(B)がエチレンコモノマーと、ブテンコモノマー、ヘキセンコモノマー、及びオクテンコモノマーから選ばれるいずれか一つのコモノマーとの共重合体であり、密度の範囲が0.88〜0.92g/cm3、JIS−K−7210の測定条件に準ずる測定条件(190℃、21.2N)で測定したメルトインデックスの値が0.5〜7であるエチレン共重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の延伸積層フィルム。
