Description

Claims (4)
- 長手方向に伸縮可能なスリップジョイントを含む操向軸と、前記操向軸の回転運動を直線運動に変換させるギア部と、を含む操向装置のスリップジョイントであって、
前記スリップジョイントは、
外周面に長手方向に複数のシャフト溝が形成されたシャフトと、
前記シャフトの一端が挿入され、内周面には前記シャフト溝と対向するようにパイプ溝が形成され、前記シャフト溝と前記パイプ溝とが円柱形空間を形成するパイプと、
前記円柱形空間のうち、少なくともいずれか1つに挿入されるピンと、
前記円柱形空間のうち、他の少なくともいずれか1つに挿入され、かつ、長手方向に切欠された円筒形弾性体からなる第2スプリングピンと、
前記シャフトの外周面または前記パイプの内周面に沿って設けられ、前記円柱形空間に挿入された前記第2スプリングピンの一側と前記ピンの一側とを連結し、当該第2スプリングピン及びピンを一体化する連結部と、
前記第2スプリングピンの内部に挿入される弾性体である第3スプリングピンと、
を含むことを特徴とする、操向装置のスリップジョイント。 - 前記ピンは、前記円柱形空間の直径より小さい直径を有し、
前記第2スプリングピンは、前記円柱形空間の前記直径より大きな直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操向装置のスリップジョイント。 - 前記連結部を前記シャフトに固定する固定部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操向装置のスリップジョイント。
- 前記固定部は、
前記連結部の一端に形成され、かつ、内側に突出する係止部と、
前記シャフトの一端の外周面に形成され前記係止部と係合する係止部溝と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の操向装置のスリップジョイント。
