Claims (6)
- 中空形状のチューブ、該チューブの内部に挿入されるスリップブッシュ、及び該スリップブッシュを媒介にして前記チューブと結合するシャフトを含むユニバーサルジョイントであって、
前記スリップブッシュは、
該スリップブッシュの円周に沿って軸方向に配置され、かつその中間にあるピンと該ピンの両端を支持する支持部を備えた動力伝達部と、
前記スリップブッシュの円周に沿って配置され、かつ前記動力伝達部と離隔して形成され、一側が軸方向に切欠されたC形状断面の弾性部と、を含み、
前記ピンの両側端部にはテーパ部が形成されることを特徴とするユニバーサルジョイント。 - 前記スリップブッシュの両側端部に位置する前記支持部には挿入ホールが形成され、前記ピンの両側端部に前記支持部の挿入ホールに挿入される固定部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 前記ピンを有する動力伝達部は、少なくとも1つ以上備えられ、前記スリップブッシュの円周に沿って離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 前記C形状断面の弾性部は、少なくとも1つ以上備えられ、前記スリップブッシュの円周に沿って離隔して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 前記ピンは、前記スリップブッシュと一体で射出成形されて支持部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 前記スリップブッシュは、潤滑被膜層でコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
