Claims (4)
- 内周面に軸方向に多数の第1結合溝が形成された外側部材と、
この外側部材に挿入され、外周面に軸方向に多数の第2結合溝が形成された内側部材と、
前記外側部材及び内側部材の間に挿入される中空の筒形状からなるスリップブッシュとを含んで構成され、
当該スリップブッシュは、軸方向に沿って棒状に延びる複数の装着部を有し、
当該装着部は、当該スリップブッシュと一体的に形成され且つ当該スリップブッシュの周方向に沿って一定の間隔で配置されており、
当該スリップブッシュの外周面と内周面とを貫通する第1装着ホール及び第2装着ホールが前記装着部に設けられており、
操向力を伝達するボールが前記第1装着ホールに圧入されており、操向力を伝達すると共に前記ボールの直径よりも小さい直径を有するローラーが前記第2装着ホールに圧入されていることを特徴とする自動車操向装置のスリップジョイント。 - 前記スリップブッシュは、当該スリップブッシュの軸方向に沿って延びる弾性部を具備しており、当該弾性部の断面形状は、当該弾性部の一側が軸方向に沿って切り欠かれることによりC形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車操向装置のスリップジョイント。
- 前記第1装着ホールは、スリップブッシュの外周面側に開いた第1外周ホールの内径が内周面側に開いた第1内周ホールの内径よりも大きい球形となっており、
前記第2装着ホールは、スリップブッシュの外周面側に開いた第2外周ホールの内径が内周面側に開いた第2内周ホールの内径よりも大きい円筒形となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車操向装置のスリップジョイント。 - 前記第2装着ホールの軸方向に対向する内壁に凹溝が形成され、
前記ローラーの両側にボスが突出形成されており、
当該ボスが前記凹溝に回転可能に指示されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車操向装置のスリップジョイント。
